The RAM shipped quickly and was super easy to install in my mid-2007 iMac. Now my computer runs like new, and I am able to run the newest MacOS! It's like having a brand new computer! I can finally sync my new iPhone! It runs Apps, and does a ton of new things I didn't even know it could do... all because of some really reasonably priced RAM. I'm giddy with my purchase! I really thought I was on the verge of having to buy a new computer, but it's amazing what quadrupling your RAM will do. I could not be happier!

Arrived quickly and as described. Been using the memory for over a month now and there's no issues with my Acer Aspire One. For those who had issues, you may want to make sure the bus speed is supported by your computer. Also, if u are adding memory to an empty slot, u want to make sure u understand the max support per slot. It is rare that memory conflict occurs but it does happen. Consider buying these in pairs for an upgrade. Update: After using this for 6 months, it is still working great. I installed windows 10 preview on the acer and the speed was night and day. Almost made the computer usable again. Since then, I installed Lunbuntu and Mint. My Acer one is like new again.

I bought 4GB of this memory for an old laptop that I was upgrading, and I have no complaints! Works great thus far, not trouble installing or upgrading. Would recommend, as it was an excellent deal.

I bought this memory to upgrade a hp laptop from 2gb to 4gb about 2 month ago, after 2 months the ram failed so the computer would not boot up. I had saved the old ram so I reinstalled it and the computer came back to life and worked great. I then called Komputerbay about this, They emailed me return instructions and a prepaid shipping label within 5 minutes. I returned their ram and they sent me new replacements within 3-4 days. I installed their new ram and everything is working great now. What Great CUSTOMER SERVICE, they really stood by their lifetime warranty. Nothing is perfect in this world and things happen, but it is nice to deal with a company that stands up and fixes problems when they happen.

I have an Acer Aspire One netbook I received as a gift a few years ago. It came with 1 GB of RAM, an Atom processor, and a crippled version of Windows 7 aka Windows 7 Starter Edition. With the free upgrade to Windows 10 pending, I knew I would have to upgrade the RAM to 2 GB to make the system usable. After determining the type of RAM I needed, and the limitations of the netbook, I went to Amazon and looked up 2GB DDR2 667MHz PC2-5300 SODIMM Laptop Memory. One of the sellers that came up was Komputerbay. I looked over their description and read the reviews, which were positive. I placed my order and, within a couple of days, I received the 2GB chip. It was an easy install. I noticed an improvement in speed and was able to easily upgrade to Windows 10. For the price, it can't be beat and the service was excellent.

This is the second time I have bought Komputerbay memory and I will buy it again when I need to upgrade or have a new PC project. I got this ram for a Macbook pro to bring the total memory up to 4gb, it was recognized when I rebooted and has worked well for over a month now. So if you're thinking about this for a Mac but aren't sure hopefully this will help you to decide

Easy transaction, quick delivery using USPS here at my end. I haven't used this RAM very long yet, so I can't give a definite answer as to how long it'll last. So far it's working fine in my Dell D630. It doesn't really have to be the fastest for this computer.

I tried this memory and it seems working fine if it is use as stand alone with the same brand "Komputerbay". I gave it 3 star because the price is very reasonable but the memory is not compatible with other memory combine. I mix this memory with crucial, the laptop won't even both up to window, then i tried mixing it up with samsung memory because that is what i read on some reviews that this memory is made up samsung chips but i found out that it won't work either. the laptop i mix this with samsung brand, boot up but it takes a long to boot on window, without the Komputerbay memory it works fine. So my opinion, if you want to upgrade your ram stick to one brand, no brand mixing with this memory.
