NO SALT ADDED Redhead Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon 12 pack-7.5oz cans

I love this company and this product. You know how you pour out over 1/2 can of liquid before you use the canned fish you purchased? Well, with Redhead you can pour all that liquid on your dog's food because there is NO ADDED SALT! Sorry, won't be nearly as much liquid - poor doggy - because REDHEAD uses LIQUID AS NEEDED NOT AS A FILLER. Cans are 7.5oz as compared to other brands that are 5oz so compare the extra 2.5oz [1/2 can of the other brands], quality of product and company and you will find a very cost effective, climate friendly, sustainable, HEALTHY and SCRUMPTIOUS product. Most Fresh Tasting Gourmet Salmon in a can. The only one fresher is the one you catch in Alaskan waters and broil over the fire. Because it is solid and chunks so nicely marvelous recipes are easy to create. Exceptional customer service. I believe dark chocolate is an important vitamin yet I would trade it in for Redhead in a Miami minute. And I want Redhead in my Easter basket.

I really like this salmon. It tastes good and it doesn't have any sodium in it which is really important for me. Unfortunately it continues to go up and up in price and so I don't get it as often as I would like to. I love the fact that it has the bones in it. The bones don't taste bad or feel weird in my mouth and it gives me extra calcium which is important when you're getting older.

I expected this salmon to be dry and lacking in taste - I ordered the salmon with no salted added. Instead, it is moist and full of flavor. It is, by far, the best canned salmon I have ever had. The delivery was fast, as well, and perfectly packaged to protect the contents. I will definitely order this in future.

Has what i want : healthy skin and bones, but no salt. Tastes good, very close to salted kind, and price is close to what I was paying at Whole Foods. A great value.

I’d rate this salmon at zero stars if that were possible. To say I wouldn’t feed it to a starving stray cat would be too kind an assessment. For years, I enjoyed Rubinstein’s canned salmon, but it’s no longer available, so I tried this, which comes only in a case of 12. An unlucky experiment. This salmon is stale and has a very unpleasant flavor. I suspect that’s because it was immediately frozen after being caught, and then stored for so long that it dried out before being canned in broth. By that time, the texture had become brittle and the flavor had vanished. I tried several cans, each of which was inedible, before throwing out the whole case because it wasn’t fit to donate to anyone.
