I’ve tried several cat food brands, but this one is by far the best! My two cats, Macho and Chica, are pretty picky eaters, but they absolutely devour this food every time. The ingredients are high-quality, with real meat as the first ingredient, and it doesn’t have any artificial fillers or by-products, which gives me peace of mind about their nutrition. Since switching, I’ve noticed their coats are shinier, they seem more energetic, and they have healthy digestion—no more upset tummies! The kibble size is perfect for their teeth, and it doesn’t leave a strong odor behind, which is a bonus. Literally the only brand we feed our cats. They’ve been eating this since they were kittens and it has never upset their stomach, we like that they are small, and easily digestible. This size is the best for the price and lasts us a good month and a half to two months for two cats. Nutritious and clean ingredients for our healthy kitties!

My experience owning cats my entire life has taught me to trust Purina One products. At age 22 I was poor going to college and couldn’t afford the expensive food I was feeding my cat. My parents decided to help out and bought me Kirkland Brand cat food. My cat developed severe blockage due to crystals in his urine after just a few months on Kirkland brand. The vet told me I had to use vet prescribed medicated food for my cat the rest of his life. I could not afford the vet food.. So on a whim I tried Purina One Urinary Tract Health cat food. It was a miracle! He was strong and healthy and never had another issue the rest of his life! Fast forward 10 years. My boyfriend has a dog who he was feeding Kirkland Brand dog food! Low and behold.. he got crystals in his urine!!! So I told him to try Purina urinary health food but unfortunately it has to be vet prescribed. So instead we switched him food to a Purina Pro Plan lamb and rice formula. And he has never ever had an issue again! Finally, our two female cats had 1 litter of kittens each. 10 kittens total! We started using Purina One Kitten food for the mothers before the kittens were born and also when the kittens could finally eat hard food we gave it to them as well. All of the kittens were super healthy as well as the mothers and we have never had issues with our animals throughout the year disliking the food or having health issues because of the food. Overall Purina makes quality pet food for cheap prices and they are the only brand I trust that is on the cheaper side. My parents spent a fortune on vet food when I was young and still continue to.. but I can’t and won’t. Do not feed your pets Kirkland, that is all I can say. It has something in it that gives mainly boy cats and dogs, crystals in their urine. Purina is the best cheap food you can find! Especially Purina One and Purina Pro Plan.

I've been using Purina ONE for years now. After having a variety of cats, all with their own pickiness or digestive issues I settle on this bag. I was trying to find a good middle that would work for all of them. SURPRISINGLY all of them made the switch with no issues! It has since been my go-to and the only cat food I will buy. No digestive issues, & all the kitty's come running when they hear the crinkle of the bag. They love the taste, coats look amazing on it, it smells appetizing, and always looks fresh.

If you do not want to spend $60 a bag on science diet or the other marketing gimmicks, Purina high protein kitten food is probably one of my favorites. Not cheap, but it's not ridiculously expensive. You can get about a 16 lb for under $40, they are bite size, a deep rich chocolate color, there's not a strong smell, the cats absolutely love the taste, doesn't really last too long around here, because we only feed it to kittens which are in abundance every month. Most kitten food is recommended for sick cats and elderly cats at times, so this one being high protein is an added bonus. It is safe for them to eat, the bag is very strong, and it has never been delivered open or damaged. I highly recommend this food, your cats will thank you for it.

My cats love Purina One cat food. They are healthy and I feel good about feeding them this high quality food. The shelter that I adopted them from recommended Purina One because that's what they feed all of the shelter cats.
