I actually bought this to see if it might help with my blood pressure. I only took 1 pill a day vs the two recommended. My blood pressure did come down about 10 points. I can't say for sure it was this product, but it looks promising to me. I like that it comes with additional vitamins and minerals. Pills are easy to swallow. My energy level has been good and no side effects.

I can't say for sure if this supplement helps lower my blood sugar levels. I haven't tested it in a lab or anything like that. However, after I eat a big meal with a lot of carbs, taking this supplement seems to make me feel better. It helps reduce that uncomfortable feeling I sometimes get after eating too much. Another thing I've noticed is that I sleep better since I started using this supplement. After heavy meals, I find it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep.

I have been intermittent fasting for the better part of 5 plus years. My issue was always that my blood sugar would drop very low throughout my fasting window, and it would make it almost unbearable somedays to get through it. And, when it was time to eat, I would overeat carbs, sugar, or something I really didn't need. This is my fourth day taking them, and I can easily feel my blood sugar remaining at a healthy level. I don't feel the need to constantly chew gum, drink 0 calorie drinks, or etc. to stave off hunger. God bless whomever thought it appropriate to make this product. You have a consumer for life.

This product does work but you need to keep a diet and exercise. I am taking this because my previous supplements were discontinued. So I found these but I have to take more than two tablets a day and other supplements. They do work if you don’t want to take regular RX. Medication. I noticed that with the diet and exercise, they will work. I ordered another bottle.

I researched a lot before selecting this product for my healthy glucose support. This particular blend of nutrients has exactly what I wanted in an easy-to-swallow capsule. I'm especially pleased with the cinnamon, bitter melon, and gymnema. It's hard to find a product that has all three of those! And this is VERY affordable, a definite plus with today's cost of living being so high. I am pleased with my purchase, and I certainly recommend it to anyone wanting to keep control of their glucose.
