Great hold, great weight.
Pros: Clamps have a nice weight and really hold on well. Heavy enough to make you feel slightly weighted. Small teeth on the bars bite in good and give a great squeeze without the risk of slipping off.Cons: a little difficult to get on for those with smaller nipples (but worth it in the end)

You have to like a little pain...and need pronounced nipples for these to work properly.
