They work
I don't have carpal tunnel or anything, but I do get aches in my hands from drawing for a long time or typing. I put these on for maybe five minutes when I take my breaks and my hands feel a LOT better afterward. They are comfortable to wear, yes they will feel a little awkward since they are splaying your fingers out but I like the stretching feeling. They are easy to use, too. Just slip them on and relax. I get pain in the center of my palm and up my pinky on both hands, and this definitely relieves that pain after use. Recommended for anyone that uses their hands for small and repetitive tasks.

Difficult to wear if you have RA
good product; fits one hand that is not so deformed...bought it hoping it might correct or stave off more finger deformation....it makes the little finger have to spread out farther than is beneficial. If I only had hands/fingers that were stressed; I know it would be great for both hands. I have a bigger challenge ( arthritic) it is not really suited for that...at least at the stage I am in; maybe for people who just realize they have it. Then it might be more beneficial.

Great idea, works, but could be improved
I purchased these YogaHands when I was getting a new pair of YogaToes and Amazon was running a discount promotion if you purchased both. I do a lot of typing, mouse work and folding/handling of paper and found that my hands were feeling tight and fatigued at the end of the day. Overall, I like this product and think it gets the job done- it stretches and relaxes my hands.Cons include: 1. Difficult to get on- it can be challenging to get all three of the foam triangles to align and once on your hands it is kind of awkward to push them down equally, 2. Clunky once on- you can't really do anything while these are on mostly because of the hard plastic pieces on the outside, 3. I have small hands and the fit is nothing like what is shown in the image- the spacers can only make it down to my second finger joints.I think this product could be much improved if it came in sizes and was made out of a more flexible material, specifically the material they use for the YogaGems (which I LOVE) which is comfortable and does not reduce the stretch. Knowing this company, I imagine they will continue to improve upon this product in future models.

It's a Nice Tool, But WAAAY Too Overpriced for What It Is
Short and sweet: Does it do its job effectively and help stretch out the hand and fingers? Absolutely.Do you need to constantly adjust the foam finger interlockings? Absolutely.Should two pieces of plastic and six tiny pieces of foam cost $35+? Absolutely NOT.Does it deserve a 2-MAYBE 3 star rating due to it being incredibly overpriced? Abso-freaking-LutelyI actually had cubital tunnel syndrome (basically carpel, but in your elbows), and this product helped a little bit. But, I mean, it just helped a bit when it was on, and did very little long term. I know people with chronic issues are desperate, but save your money until it comes down to $10-15 for a pair or use it on a co-pay for an arm (shoulder, elbow & hand) orthopedic surgeon. I'm spoiled by the talent of doctors in Philly that helped me, so if you literally have no other option, I guess pay the money. But, it really, really looks like they're taking advantage of the sick and desperate. Shameful if that's the case.

Relief for arthritic hands
Purchased for my mother who has severe hand pain due to rheumatoid arthritis. After searching online for anything that might provide relief, I stumbled across these. She loves them! The help open and stretch the hand providing real (although temporary) relief. The only thing missing is that you cannot stretch the thumb. This is her worst pain area. I can see that would be difficult to implement though. Still 5 stars in my book because my mother uses daily and it improves her quality of life.

Absolutely Recommend
I have to say, this really helped my hand. I always use the toe stretchers, and they have really helped my feet, and this provided the same relief to my right hand as I felt as though I had a pinched nerve in the top of my hand, and you could really feel this pulling my fingers apart. It was not comfortable or relaxing in any way, but it works. After about two weeks of use, the pain is completely gone, so I highly recommend this product.

Sized for big hands
I have modest sized hands and I think these are really made for a man--they do not sit into my fingers like the picture shows. After wearing them my hands feel nicely stretched but I have to constantly push them back in. You cannot do anything while wearing them (maybe turn a page in a book). I don't get the "exerciser" part of the name--they stretch your fingers apart, that's about it. Seem expensive for what they are but mostly the size seems wrong for me. One size fits all not viable--my hands could never expand to look like the picture in the promo.
