So, instead of paying $100 for Fujifilm’s AC adapter for the GFX 50S, I decided to build my own that’s compatible with a portable battery so I can shoot with a power tether at home and on location.This adapter is the size needed to convert a 5.5 x 2.1mm DC barrel plug to the 5.5 x 2.5mm required to fit the Fujifilm GFX.

Before buying this item, I purchased 12V adapter for my cable modem(SB8200) power supplying.unfortunately, the adapter has 5.5x2.1 connector and cable modem need to have 5.5x2.5.so, I bought it and it is perfectly matched and I'm using it without any issue.

The size is as advertised and fits the purpose well.

The two parts I received were defective. The center contact did not connect between in and out.
Two parts both bad.The quality control appears to be non existent there is no way these were tested before leaving the factory.Not worth sending back not worth buying, not worth shipping or anything but tossing in the trash.

Took me forever to find this cable
I use this cable to adapt an NPF plate to my H4N pro recorder. I had to return many wrong sized cables to find this one with correct sizes on both ends. Happy it exists.
