I pretty much add it to most of my food in varying amounts. It’s a great addition to creamy pasta dishes. In lower amounts it doesn’t impact flavor too much but the benefits are there. It’s good to thicken soup and sauces with meaning, if you know what I mean. I add it to my chicken noodle soup and more. I can tell the days when I have taken a capsule and not. For me, I have more focus, I get more done because I’m looking for things to do. My thinking is sharper and my appetite is a bit reduced. I also have more energy so I exercise longer.Will it have the same effect on you, I have no idea, but it’s worth a try if you need a boost and caffeine isn’t something you use (no caffeine for me).

I like the product enough and the packging was in tact and the reseal functional. I just wish it was a pure product without fillers. I missed that when I ordered it but the product itself is fine.

Started adding this to my other health supplements about two weeks ago after reading testimonials about immune system improvement. I feel that my stamina has slightly improved, and intend to continue buying it just based on what the possible medical benefits may be. This is a good deal for a 100% organic product, and will last you just over three months taking 1 scoop a day. The scoop size is small, and it mixes well (many supplements don't). I would characterize the taste as slightly mushroom and slightly a dull taste, reminiscent of when I ate a dirt clod as a child. Don't let that scare you though, since it is neither a good nor bad taste. Add it to something and you probably won't even notice it. The plastic scoop has two small support ribs on the back that like to catch powder in between them. For people who store their scoops in the container - to avoid a small mess I recommend holding it over the container and flicking it with your finger a couple times before using the scoop. I can't say if or when the FDA will have a conclusion on the possibility that Turkey Tail does counteract certain cancers, but I'm confident enough in the current research to say that I don't have anything to lose trying it.

A fine powder. Keep in a canister by the coffee machine. I scoop into morning coffee. Dissolves well and gives a nice flavor to the coffee.
