Pycnogenol, as a powerfull antioxidant, should be used with caution... not to be mega dosed!

I was diagnosed with Traumatic Brain Injury after a bad car accident years ago. My moods were all over the place. I figured it couldn't hurt to give it a go. Within DAYS of taking JUST ONE CAPSULE my anxiety lessened to an almost non existent degree. I do feel slightly sedated on just one capsule. So go easy when you first try these. I know some people even take 1/2 a capsule. I actually feel like getting projects done around the house again! I tried this because of the price but all I had were major headaches and they won't take it back so it's in the trash just will never order again
