Big Trouble in Little China, limited-editiion two-CD set

John Carpenter's Best Soundtrack and worth the money I paid.

La-La Land has reissued this soundtrack, albeit with different graphics and an updated booklet, to coincide with the film's 30th anniversary. The new edition is 3000 copies, so there are plenty to go around at a much lower price.

The "Big Trouble in Little China" movie is one of our family's favorites & we usually make a yearly event around watching it. I like movie soundtracks in general & John Carpenter's music in this movie is perfect for the film & good all on its own. I have been looking for this soundtrack for years. Found it here at a great price. As Jack Burton says ... "The check is in the mail..." & happily so.

This is what should have been released the 1st time roundI have this still on record, that's Vinyl for you hipsters, 33 1/3 rpm 12 inch black discs you played with a needle to get soundAnyways, the movie is fun, but this expanded CD has music that the original CD does not, and its well worth the extra money, no doubtAnyone who is a fan of the film and enjoys the music, or love JC and Alan, this is a must buy

I just got this in the mail a few hours ago, and can't believe how crisp the sound quality is! Big Trouble In Little China is my all time favorite movie, and I've always loved the soundtrack. After downloading most of it off various torrent sites, I finally have the whole thing and it is much better quality than any other recording. They are only making 3000 copies of this version, so I recommend ordering it quickly. My copy is number 1086/3000. I also recommend going on wingkong.net because they have signed copies of it from the other composer, Alan Howarth. I bought mine off of LaLa Record's website. Either way, it is a must have for any BTILC fan!

Don't get me wrong, I love this cd, but these sellers are vultures. You can buy this cd from iTunes for 10 bucks.

Item took weeks to arrive and the case was in pieces, the soundtrack is great though. :-)
