Works great for nitro pills. I got 3 nitro pills to fit, but wish it was a little larger for a couple of 81mg aspirin. The aspirin are just a little too wide to fit especially the chew-able kind. I cant remember if there was a slightly larger one to order or not, if there is I would opt for that just so you can have both pills for an emergency. The capsule wears well. I have had it on for 2 weeks now and it is just fine. There is an o-ring seal where the pendant separates so no need for removal for shower.

Looks great as a piece of jewelry BUT... Not enough room inside. I take 1mg Xanax, they’re not bigger than the orange Advil pills, and they wouldn’t fit. Besides not enough room , everything else checks out

The product is nice, but the size is extremely small. My smallest pill did not fit inside the container. If your pill is bigger than half the size of an easer head, do not buy.

Bought it to hold nitro tabs. Holds seven Nitro 0.4mg tabs easily and I could probably get one or two more to fit. So far capsule has been water tight. Chain isn't impressive and I'm looking to replace it with something a little nicer. Having peace of mind my Nitro is close when I need it is priceless.

My son wears this and it is a life saver! It has been durable and waterproof. Highly recommend

The product fails and for someone like me that keeps my nitro heart medicine with me and when I needed it I go to grab it to find out the clasp broke off leaving my life saving heart medicine on the floor where I couldn’t get it. This is a horrible product if you need to depend on it doe life saving medicine.

Small and cute little works nicely though the small round pill I used it for did have to be broken to fit.. all in all it did what I needed it to.

I was surprised at the thickness of the pill case. I can store 1 low dose aspirin in it without breaking the tablet, 2 if I break tablets in half. The sheerness of the chain is surprisingly strong. Aspirin can save your life, wear it around your neck!

This is a nicely made little piece of jewellery for under £4 including postage and packing. It comes with it's own velour bag. The capsule I received didn't have the text printed on it as shown in the photos, which was preferable as I didn't want that anyway so all in all a good experience. Recommended.
