I would say use the bottle rinse when you can. But keep this by your bed in case your mouth gets dry during the night. It's definitely a good product. I just think the rinse moisten your mouth a little better.

I use it at bedtime. Not sure if it is a medicine I take or my cpap, but this helps with the dry mouth as I go to sleep. Only a couple pumps of the spray are needed.
