Hama Beads 207-22, Dark Red (1000 Midi Beads)

Great value. Dark red (at least at the time I was purchasing this) isn't available in perler brand, so hama is the way to go. For other colors, I recommend perler since the consistency of color, shape, and size is better, however the two brands can theoretically be mixed, as I did in a design with dark red.

Came in original HamaBead packaging. Keep in mind colors on the screen may be different than those in real life.Seller was also very kind.

I bought the hama bead because i wanted some colors that weren't available from Perler. I use them to make pixel art such as Alucard, Battletoads, Mario, Link etc. These hama beads do not melt properly! They do not melt like the Perler bead ones. If you are buying them for kid use and don't plan on melting them solid, then you are probably fine. If you are like me, and using them for the same thing as me, don't buy. It upsets me a lot because Hama has some awesome colors!!! I just wished they melted better.

They don't melt very well, they kinda change their shininess after being melted and stick out from the other beads, they've also melted onto other beads. Great color bit not to good at melting.
