Nicely Made and Works Well
Very handy heatsinks, nicely made and goes well with my Mac Mini and SSD drives. I use the heatsinks along with an aluminum 1/8" thick base plate to cool down my computer setup. They really help to lower the equipment temperature and keep them running below 85 degrees F. Well worth the value investment.

Quality product, quality vendor.
The fin count and fin aspect ratio of this heatsink is impressive, especially to us old-timers that remember a time when heat sinks with this high a surface-to-volume ratio had to be made by edge-embedding sheet fins into a milled-slot carrier. I found a dimensionally-similar (2.581" wide instead of 2.71", 1.340" tall instead of 1.41" tall) heat sink in an online AAvid catalog, model # 83220. The AAvid heatsink specs were 1.01 oC/W/3in (still air), so I'm expecting this heatsink could be 10% better (lower). Note that if you bought a length other than 3", the thermal resistance does not scale linearly with 1/Length, assuming a centrally located thermal point source. For the 15.75" length I'm using, the improvement is only a 50% reduction in thermal resistance. Also note that the thermal resistance decreases (improves) with moving air. While the documentation I found for the #83220 did not provide thermal resistance versus air flow, I found another AAvid catalog and heatsink #72070 (dimensions 3.008" wide, 1.02" tall, similar fin aspect ratio, 1.4 oC/W/3in) that provided a thermal performance versus airflow table; for a modest airflow (quiet muffin fan) of ~700 LFM, the thermal resistance drops by about another 70%. Net result, for the 15.75 inch length option, operating with 700 LFM forced air flow, is expected to be about (1oC/W/3in * 90% * 50% * 30%) = 0.14oC/W. My heat source is distributed along the 15.75" length, rather than being a point source in the center, so I expect the actual performance to be 2-3x better (lower resistance) than the above calculation. One final note, the fins on these heatsinks are thin and quite prone to bending, especially the outermost vanes. These arrived well-packed in foam sheets inside a custom-sized cardboard boxes, and only one of the four I purchased required any straightening of the fins.

Very effective
This was highly effective at taking the temperature down on my Sabrent 2-bay SSD enclosure.

Component cooling.
This is a great little heat sink it has great heat dissipation. If you are using a cooling fan the air flows through easily. There is plenty of cooling power. 👍

Readily machined very efficient heat sink
Readily machined. I used it on a resistance box that I built with four 100W resistors that takes 96.25% of the load of my 50W Marshall ORI50H and turns it into heat. It goes Marshall, resistance box, 100W L-Pad attenuator then Marshall 25th anniversary 2556AV slant cab with two Celestion Vintage 30s. The resistance box was to allow me to turn the Marshall ORI50H to full volume but be able to comfortably talk over the fully loaded JJ EL34s with the attenuator being more mid scale. Without the heat sinks, the resistance box approached 400°F, way too hot for electrical components and a burn hazard for the tolex and me. With the heat sinks arranged with the fins aligned vertically for natural aspiration, the resistance box operates below about 135°F (with the fins around 130°F) with the attenuator L-Pad more midrange, as opposed to barely being turned up.

The best thing I could add to my power supply !!!!
I have a 12 Volt 10 amp heavy duty power supply to replace all individual power supply's that feed part of my network setting and a 4" computer fan to keep it cool and prolong it's life but the noise was quite annoying and had to replace it often. Decided to add a big aluminum radiator adhered with thermal tape to the power supply aluminum rear back plane as to have only convection cooling and yesss it worked absolutely great, now the power supply is barely warm and zero noise. Besides the problems I had with the thermal double side tape lack of enough adherence, which was unable to hold the radiator on it's place and force me to fabricate 4 steel holding brackets , once I installed the brackets now I am absolutely relieved of any overheat problems !!!!

Incredible Heat Displacement
These heatsinks are amazing. I have two. One 69x69 square shaped and another 120x69 rectangular shaped. The square one is perfect for a CPU, and the rectangular one is perfect for a graphics card. Also note, I am using these on a laptop. I know where the CPU and GPU are located, so I put them on top. Luckily my laptop has an aluminum case. Also, if I dont use them while gaming or rendering I can physically feel the heat when I touch my computer. These heatsinks displace all that! My laptop is always cool to the touch as long as I manage the room temperature and use a laptop fan cooler as well.

This heatsink is really impressive for the price. I've used several different heatsinks, but when this one was first delivered, I was surprised by how clean and well-finished it was. There were no rough edges or scratches, and no blur around the edges either. A lot of Chinese-made heatsinks tend to have unfinished edges or sharp spots, but this one is exceptionally well-made. On top of that, the price is very reasonable. I'm using two of these on NVMe enclosures with thermal pads, and they do an excellent job of transferring heat. Even without a fan, the setup stays clean, efficient, and the color matches perfectly too.

Did the job of keeping my 3090 cooler as they run very hot

I bought a couple of these to strap to a wayward power supply that was running hot. Not anymore, these bad boys will cool anything.
