It was smaller than expected but worth it

**Update - it took some time but this seller reached out to me and was very sweet and worked hard to fix my problem. I’m very pleased with how they went above and beyond to make me happy, I will certainly purchase from them again.I expected this item to be tiney and it was - if you glued 4 wooden toothpicks together they would be about the size of this product. It was the thought that counted to me, a four word philosophical statement I’ve told my son his whole life. I wanted him to have them as a keepsake after I’m gone (I’m 75) to remind him of the sentiment. Well, it was the sentiment that mattered and that was what was screwed up. The four words were engraved in the wrong order and therefore made no sense. I would have given one star but the seller was very sweet and helpful about wanting to send me a corrected item but I did not want to bother with taking and sending four photos of the product for something I was disappointed in anyway. I have decided to go find a seller who has a better quality product, which will cost more, but I believe will therefore take more care on fulfilling their customer's wishes. If this is a funny or silly gesture on your part, go for it, it’s worth the risk as a joke, but if this is meaningful to you you might want to consider saving up and investing in a better quality item.

I gave four stars instead of five just because of the clasp was so tiny and hard to get a hold of other than that the engraving was very nice and has a nice shiny finish and would buy one again I just wish they would put a little bit thicker chain and clasp and I would give 10 Stars haha

We’ve had these other big necklaces with our names engraved but they were just getting old and the chains kept breaking but these are so cute and dainty and my boyfriend loved his

I bought this in remembrance of my baby lost during a miscarriage. It's not bad for the price and the rose gold is beautiful. BUT, I should have read the other reviews first. The font is VERY small. I can understand the font being small for numerous letters, but the name portion should have bigger. There's entirely TOO much space left on the name plate.
