Quick delivery.An online video showed how to get access to hard drive which made replacing the Wi-Fi card simple.Background: Laptop (HP 15-r052nr) was originally running Windows 8 and upgraded to Windows 10. I replaced my Wi-Fi card due to Wi-Fi randomly dropping out, especially when waking the laptop from sleep. Replacing card solved my problem. Also, removing HP's Support Assistant kept everything running smooth.

Ghosted by the seller

I ordered this product and it didn’t solve my problem. So their product may have been good and the problem with my computer was related to something else. I emailed the seller specifying this to see if I could return it for a refund. They replied instructing me to mail it back to them directly for a full refund (mailing address listed in the email). I did that and haven’t heard or seen any response. Followed up in email a couple times and no reply. Don’t buy from these folks.
