Numbers on my stone mailbox
I have always used these paint pens in my stone mail box that has my house number on it, usually they use inferior paint on these numbers during house construction. The numbers will fade within a year but not with these paint pens. I have done both houses with these pens and it hasn’t faded in 5 years, bright numbers and easy to read compared to neighbors where you can’t see the house number on the mailbox.

Nice for dents
I bought several different items trying to fix a dent on our black polished-finish piano. This was the winner. As described, its finish is shiny, just as we needed. The tip is small enough to allow for detailing. Overall it did the job and now you can barely see the damage.

Great pen except for on wood
Works great on metal. Tried to use it on fairly smooth wood and the top was too soft and just shredded. Had to pull the tip out and turn it around to get anymore use out of it. Poor for wood but great for other surfaces

I'd bought this for home use
It's really come through for me on all of my ebony guitars that get dings. From Epiphones, Squires, Fenders, Gibsons' and Ibanezes', not to mention some off brands. It's lasted me for years, though I might snag another soon, as the wood stick eventually starts to break down. I believe the stick can be replaced, but what's the point, it's so economical, might just as well get a new one. If you're a hobbyist, it's just as good as the typical Testors paint kits, just a heck of a lot more convenient. Sure, it wouldn't work for camo paint, but it's gonna be fantastic for tight details.

Excellent painters
* Have used it on the bed of the pick-up to fill in the words Chevrolet... Great! didn't run, didn't smudge..perfect* Used it to cover up some silver screws on black surfaces within the house..* Used on a Toyota as well around the door handles (plastic surface), and on the window frames which had rust - it covered up great..** When they say it's Gloss - it's gloss.. Got 3, and the paint was all the 'same' color, it didn't seem to be different like some painters pens which vary in color.. these did not!** Used on pill boxes for my blind mother, she can now see the letters - sharpies wore off, these haven't :)... ***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL PROJECTS - ALL SURFACES... THANKS.!

Buyer beware. Zero stars.
O stars. Right out of the package, the Pen does not work. It is as if there is no ink in the pen and the tip is broken. No returns and no refunds. For $14 I expected better, especially from this brand. Do not recommend!

Exactly what I was looking for
Needed something to touch up the edges on a nice pair of speakers. The original black finish was quite glossy so I was worried about the touch up paint blending in. After searching for a while I settled on this paint pen and am very glad that I did. Super easy to use, doesn’t apply too much paint and blends very well. Highly recommended!
