I am a fountain pen person for many years and I am so glad I found an ink that is great. I will definitely order more in the future.

I'd put my beautiful burgundy pen aside for about 20 years: Mountblancs are notoroius for leaking, and this one was no exception on airplane flights or even just riding around in my briefcase for a day. But with working days now over, I decided to give it another chance.Sublime! The (certified Montblanc) cartridges fit as always -- very simply and tidily -- and the ink started flowing with just a pinch. This color is marvelous: more like dark coffee than "toffee," so rest assured it will show up fine on colored as well as white stock. Looking forward to exploring other colors in future orders. (The cartridges are available online from Montblanc for only $4 per box plus $5 per order shipping, but not in this color.)

Great refills for my fountain pen!

If you list this as Corn Poppy that is what you should sell. Picture is of Modena Red, they are not the same. The ink samples provided in the listing are Corn Poppy. That is the color I wanted. So this listing needs fixed. I’m not returning it because it’s not worth it but it absolutely not the color I wanted.

Good flow and doesn't get dried out in the pen, like most inks. Brown is an unusual color for a fountain pen so I like it a lot.

As described. Changed color from blue to brown. Transitioned without cleaning pen. Fun color blend, then brown. Good product, works as expected of Montblanc.
