From the articles I have read and from talking to Cycleops, there is not a weight limit indicated but it can hold riders 300lbs+. They also offer a lifetime warranty on all of their trainers and accessories.

Does the trainer work with zwift?

If you purchase a separate speed/cadence sensor that can connect over ANT+ or BLE you can use this trainer with Zwift.

will this accomodate 29inch tires?

Yes, the trainer will support 29" tires up to 2.0 wide
