Rehmannia 6 90 Capsules

I've taken Shou Wu 88 a number of times, and started taking again a month ago. Like this, it has cornus officinalus fruit, he shou wu works better with it than it does alone and I've noticed the difference vs taking Jing Herbs he shou wu powder. I considered I might just take this, and eventually just get the 250g bulk he shou wu powder.I started looking into benefits of rehmannia, and it sounded quite a bit like he shou wu, only more like a ginseng, I was hoping a more stimulating energy but also similar. I like that the 3 supporting herbs are supposed to be sedative, so far not in a sleepy sense, just good for stress but I'm sure there's benefit I'll notice more over time from all the herbs.But I was really hoping I'd notice benefit the first time taking it, and it was everything I hoped and more. Wow, definitely a really noticeable energy and more on the stimulating side but in a really positive/uplifting way. I think it definitely helps I'd been taking he shou wu a month already, and I definitely think it synergizes well with he shou wu like I was hoping. But 1-2 hours after my first dose, I was noticing literally this sensation of waves of energy.I should mention though, I inadvertently got into nofap from something that killed my libido. I'd been planning on stopping porn at some point anyway, but after 5 months I'd realized I basically did nofap so thought I'd quit while I was ahead. I never would have thought that so much of the benefit was actually from semen retention otherwise. But I think the energy I'm feeling after my first dose is largely from the buildup of sexual energy from nofap, which I think might explain the 'waves'. Once you've been into it as long as I have though, that's in a positive way.It's been almost 3 years now, and I noticed after just 1 week of the he shou wu, I was noticing more difference with it than I had in the past. Nofap is largely about allowing sexual energy to build, so it makes sense. Shou Wu 88 and Rehmannia 6 are both amazing in that way, as things that I've realized can greatly increase benefit of nofap both in terms of sexual energy, but also anything that increases fertility, will increase benefit associated with semen retention. Some of the benefit is from the body continually producing and absorbing sperm cells that aren't being used, anything that increases quantity and quality of sperm will increase this benefit.

Got for my cat with CKD. She wanted to be in cool places and couldn't stand being hot. Now I've caught her sitting by the space heater since the weather changed. She is doing better overall. Hope this helps someone.Update: May 2021She is 14yrs. old now and stil going strong, had a couple bad teeth removed but other than that no problems. She is about 9 lb. and I give her Blue Buffalo Basics moist with 150 mg. of Rehmannia and 150 mg. of Astragalus Root with low sodium chicken broth to help fluid intake twice a day.I've heard this is good for cats with cystits, plus some cranberry treats like "Get Naked" has as the cranberry is acidic. Remember everyday is Caturday.

I was encouraged to take this because of my kidney disease. I took it for roughly one year and did not see any noteworthy difference in my labs.
