Absolutely the best. There is no competition for this product. This is not a soap, it does not foam or strip the skin. This is a very creamy emulsion, fairly thick, you work it into your skin like a cream. You can remove it with a cloth or tissue it off. Not oily, does not leave a residue. No scent. I do not use another cleanser after using this, it is stand alone. This will remove sunscreen and most -but not quite all-of your waterproof mascara. This has saved my very dry, sensitive skin. I used a similar (discontinued) product for several years made by Shiseido- this replacement is better!

3 time buy!! It is a great product. The cleanser is non- irritating yet washes all dirt and products off to revealed a fresh face. The product is also well loved by others for good reason (I, first bought it at Ulta-- but it is never available there.) The cleanser lasts a while (good size) and the scent is nice/ not excessive.

I’ve been buying this for literally 25 years. It’s an amazing gentle cleanser for your face. The only thing I wish was different is that you used to come in a larger container which was more convenient. They don’t offer that anymore I don’t think.

If you have sensitive skin or eczema this is about the best cleanser on the market. Does not irritate your skin. Leaves you feeling fresh and hydrated. If you have really super duper sensitive skin, you can wipe the cleanser off instead of rinsing. No scents, dyes, or perfumes that I could detect. Nothing abrasive, just a smooth cream.

Good cleanser for the face.

Best face wash and makeup remover combo. It's so gentle and great for my sensitive skin. I use this at night followed by the matching cream. Mornings I use cera ve but I do love this more.

My favorite cream cleaner when I’m washing off makeup. Doesn’t feel harsh on my skin.
