Strength to size ratio
I'm a wet shaver and I often have 1/2 of a double edged razor blade sitting around. I bought this so I wouldn't set a razor blade where it will get lost and/or eventually found by accident along with cutting a finger. When I break a blade I store the unused half in its wrapper and attach it to the magnet. This magnet is perfect. The blades won't move. I have to slide them off. It doesn't work to pull them directly or it will bend the blade. It's very small so it fits on my shaving shelf and very strong so it holds the blade until I'm ready to slide it off and use it. The magnet big enough it won't easily get lost.One word of warning. I had one of these magnets and I let it get too close to another magnet. They slammed together and broke. Just be aware of how hard this will slam into something magnetic or worse yet, another magnet. I actually think you could get a nasty pinch.

VERY strong!
VERY strong magnets but as stated in the description, they are fragile. I broke one when it left my hand and attached itself to my jointer. They still work great and I highly recommend.

Very strong magnetic. Bought it for homeschool project. Little to strong for just any project. Nice quality and works great. But be ready for a very strong magnetic and hard to pull it off something.

I have to MISTIs (Most Incredible Stamping Tool Invented) and wanted this type of magnet as opposed to the round ones that come with the MISTI. This are SO SO SO strong. In case you haven't seen the YouTube, most folks wrap a piece of washi tape around them and leave about a 1" tail so they are easier to separate if they ever get attached to each other - and they will. I think it also helps keep them from breaking if they snap together. I am very happy with them. They hold my paper down and they are thin enough so I can close the MISTI lid down to do my rubber stamping.
