I appreciate that.----------I used the cartridges fine for a few weeks and then all of a sudden my printer keeps giving me an error message on the cartridge that there is a problem. There is plenty of ink in the cartridge but I can not get it to print anymore. Please send me a replacement

Great Product, Great Price
I would have given it a 5 STAR Rating but I just installed it and need to see how it performs. The ink cartridge installed exactly like the Hp cartridge and seems to work perfect at the present time. I hope it works and last a whole lot longer and better than other remanufactured ink cartridges I have purchased in the past.

Cartridge Not Recognized
I purchased 2 ColorWorld 63XL black in mid march 2023 and attempted to install one cartridge today in my HP 4520 Envy printer. The printers kept saying the cartridge is not installed correctly. I reinstalled the old cartridge, no error message. I opened the second new cartridge and there is no installation error message. So I now am stuck with a defective cartridge because I am past my 30 day Amazon return option. UPDATE: This company has made everything right. They are quick to respond and ensure my satisfaction.

Stops working after several pages
I’ve used these ink cartridges in the past in my HP printer. This month I ordered a double pack (black ink) and the first one worked fine for about 10 pages. I put in the 2nd one and the same happened, it worked fine for a number of pages and then stopped. I returned them and was happy to get an exchange. Unfortunately the replacements are doing the same, they print for a short time then stop. I guess I will go back t o purchasing HP ink.

Wouldn't print - cartridge seemed empty
Unfortunately, I got a bad batch of black ink, as nothing would print. Cartridge seemed ok by my diagnostics, but no color would come onto the page. Bought another cartridge from Office Depot & it worked fine, so it was not my printer.I had to return this product for a refund.

Not satisfied with purchase. Ink didn't last
The media could not be loaded. I used the new ink for few prints and now it is not working anymore.Now I have to use the other ink .I would like to have a refund or please do send me another one.
