I bought these out of a fit of rage.Hi, Review Reader. In the next few short paragraphs, I will tell you how these fuzzy hangers have changed my relationship for the better. And they can do the same for you.I do most of the laundry in my partnership with my boyfriend. One day we got in an argument about my boyfriend hogging all the empty hangars in his closet. It wasn't an argument, really. More of a kerfuffle to be accurate. But it was really late in the evening, and I'd been trying not to eat past 8PM, so I'm tired and hungry and this kerfuffle of an issue became such an irritation to me. I was getting angry. But I knew I was just overreacting because I was tired an hungry. My therapist has been helping me learn to just go to bed, cool off, and come back to the big issue in the morning.So that's what I did. Sort of. I decided to stop arguing about the hangars and went to my office to try to keep my mouth from getting sassy. Instead, I opened my Amazon app and looked for hangars that would be impossible for my boyfriend to mistake as his. I found these in my favorite color.Having all the same kind of hanger in your closet makes you look so much snazzier. Give it a try. These are nice cuz they're fuzzy and your clothes never fall off onto the closet floor with all your dust bunnies. But the fuzzies are kind of annoying when you put the clothes onto the hanger in the first place. But you get used to maneuvering your clothes so they go on smoother.I've had a couple break off at the top where the metal meets the fuzzy part. These have a slight swivel head (more like a little screw) and it looks like if they're screwed too far in one direction, it can break it.So now my boyfriend and I live in harmony - except for the little bickers back and forth about pointless shit every once in a blue moon. Finally - a great hanger that doesn't leave marks in the shoulders or knit shirts for me or my husband. I have several different types of "velvet" hangers - the notched for tank tops and dresses, but did not like them on my fitted or knit shirts and polo shirts. I even removedly wood hangers and replaced them with these for all BUT my leather jackets and heavy terry cloth robe- they are heavy. I don't think these are thick enough to support them, but that's not what I was looking for anyway. So I have a group with my wood hangers for those and the rest of the closet for both of us, beautifully neat , with more space now with these- all matching too. As far as people not liking them and complaining about using them- you just have to get a feel for hanging up your clothes on them- that's what I love about them-put one side the shirt , then the other and give a little jiggle and the shoulders fall nicely into place- not tighter I also, put the shirts on with the shoulders somewhat scrunched up a bit towards the neck- so that they are loose and don't have any change to stretch. This is what I have done for the past several years using velvet hangers. They are no smooth like plastic and wood- so you have to remove them from the shirt- not slide the shirt off them and visa versa- no big deal, takes a second or 2 to pay attention to hanging your clothes up and how to do it. Once you get it, you will love them. I will say years ago when I 1st got them- I found that frustrating, then got used to it and love how they hang and don't mar my clothes. I bought 2 boxes and now going to buy a 3rd.

I got these—and am now ordering a second round of them—to save space in the closet. My fiancé moved into my 1BR apartment and while it was great for just me, there’s not nearly enough closet space for both of us. I got these, along with some plastic hooks for cascading, and what a difference it makes!The flocking is perfect, too—my clothes used to slide off all the time—but now even tank tops and unzipped hoodies stay put. Even better, I feel like my cardigan sweaters are safe on these and NO SHOULDER NIPPLES!! They seem rather large for some of my shirts (I usually wear an XS), but with a little wiggling, the curvature of the hanger slips down into the sleeve. These feel pretty sturdy, too, but I’m still definitely using my wooden hangers for coats and whatnot.And as another reviewer mentioned, it does feel pretty snazzy to have all matching hangers.. I think that’s a first for me and I think it might actually make me look like a real grown up ;)Super pleased with this purchase, and as mentioned before, I’m already ordering more!

These are fabulous. I want to have nothing but these in my closet. They truly end that little stick-out thingey on the shoulders of your clothing and the fabric holds items on so there's never going to be any sliding off the hanger on to the floor. (I did notice a couple of reviews complaining about this an that clothing was hard to get off the hanger. Well, can't have it both ways, it keeps clothing on the hanger, or. It doesn't. Your choice. I like mine on the hanger, not the floor) And, they are so streamlined and thin that you can hang much more on your hanger. More bang for the closet space. I have gotten the cream, pink, and green. The cream is okay, looks like a dull cream, the pink is peach and my favorite is the green! Cool, clean minty like green. But the quality is the same across the board. I HIGHLY recommend these! Oh, yes, almost forgot - the actual "hook" or the top of the hanger, it swivels so no matter how you hang your item you can adjust from the top swivel hook so that it hangs to suit you.
