Quality vitamin for both vegan and non vegan. Great value

Essential vitamins - would recommend!
I've been taking these daily for a month, and about 1.5 - 2 weeks in I noticed a positive shift in my energy level and a very slight mood boost. I do believe they help me to maintain a better overall state of mind. If you suffer from anxiety/depression (as I do), they probably aren't going to turn you into a chirpy, bright-eyed, optimistic people person, but I do find they make a difference for me, albeit a small (but noticeable!) one. It's a convenient and effective supplement that makes sense to me on a physical and mental level, and as an added bonus, the capsules are a cool-looking deep emerald green and are easy to swallow. Would recommend to vegans and non-vegans alike!

Everything I need in one supplement
This multivitamin is exactly what I was looking for and has become a staple in my nutrition. As far as supplements go, the capsules are easy to swallow & digest. I will say there was a few burps that tasted like algae but I recommend taking this between meals so it doesn't occur.

Great Quality Supplement!
It’s nice to have all of these essentials bundled into one supplement. Before, I was taking 3 or 4 individuals supplements. This is way easier and cheaper! I appreciate the quality packaging and ingredients as well!

Good so far!
Feeling good - more clarity since I started taking these. But I’m surprised no ones mentioned the fishy taste / burps. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise seem like a great option for the plant-based crowd.
