Deceptive picture
Ordered size 8/9 - received size 9/10Heel height described as 2.5cm. This is only until you stand in them - they then compress to approximately 0.5cmThe picture is deceptive appearing to show a sole of approximately 1.5cm. Most of the depth is taken up by the soft inner sole. This means that when you stand you end up with 0.5cm sole offering little in the way of rigidity or support

Do not maachine wash
I bought these to wear about the house. Wore once and then machine washed gently. Slippers disintegrated and I have thrown them away. This is not an official complaint as slippers were not advertised as being washable but this may help to prevent similar misfortunes in the future.

Didn't notice that we were delivered 9-10 when we ordered 8-9, only after 2 weeks these are no good and too loose for my husband to wear.
