...however it hasn’t produced the amount of sweat that I’m used to with other waist shapers. I’m a size 12/14...weigh 217 lbs...purchased the size XL. My daughter had to help get me into it...but that’s what I wanted. After a few wears...I’m able to get into it myself. I wear it to sleep...and was comfortable. Wore it while working out...and it just didn’t give me the amount of sweat like my JSculpt trainer. After working out with my JScuplt I’m dripping in sweat. Decided to try this out because my JSculpt is too big and I’ve heard good things about the more comparable Amazon trainers. I’m gonna keep working out with it...and will continue to update.

Item arrived on time and very safely packaged. I am highly impressed with this! The material is high-quality and this item is very well put together! I had a tummy tuck recently and was recommended by my plastic surgeon to wear this type of waist trainer for several months. I did my research and have purchased a half dozen different waist trainers and most if not all wore out within a month of use, became loose fitting, fell apart in the wash, became too uncomfortable to wear or just did not look right underneath my clothes. This waist trainer far surpassed all of my expectations! It was a little snug to get on at first but once I zipped it up and applied both Velcro pieces comfortably I felt so snug and safe and it looked seamless underneath all my clothes and it’s supported my back and also my tummy and I wore it for 12 hours every single day. I washed it on cold gentle delicate cycle and air dried it and I have been wearing it every day nonstop! So grateful that I found this item and would highly recommend anyone who had recent abdominal surgery, or anyone that just is looking for a waist trainer or back support you can’t go wrong with this item!

Does not roll down at the back and roll up from the bottom

I researched this online and found the same exact belt minus celebrity printing on it and this is the same exact waist trainer for much less. I'm normally a size large so I read the reviews and ordered an XXL. It fits snugly. I could probably fit a size XXXL but I'm happy with this as I plan on losing some inches anyways. Glad I found this here under $30 rather than bought the other for $100

I like the length of it, but looking at the other reviews and the size chart I got a large. I am 5’4 and weigh 148 lbs and a medium shirt and a 6 pants. I should have gotten a medium instead of a large. It was too easy to zip up, the bands were okay. But I wand it to be snug and loosen up with time.UPDATE......I returned the large and got a medium. And it fits PERFECT! I have it on now at work. I probably could have gotten away with a small, but I would have been too uncomfortable. One thing I love about it is that it restricts you from eating too much. I drink a seamoss smoothie for breakfast every morning and I cannot drink it all because I am too full. I am going to see how it feels tomorrow when I am working out. I workout Sunday-Tuesday, rest on Wednesday and workout Thursday-Saturday. I will be back to do an update on the workout

I was worried at first due to I am a very tall woman. I am 6'0 ½ or 6'1 weighing 244. I have a very long torso so was worried that it would not be long enough. My bust is 47½ waist 44 and hips 50 ½ so I order an 3x which fits perfectly but I may have been able to get a 2x but the 3x is completely fine. The waist trainer covers the fupua area to it entirety. I noticed that my back fat was poking out at the top of the waist trainer so I readjusted for the waist trainer to come up more in the back and WALLA 🙌🏿 instantly felt like it was hot girl summer again dead in the middle of winter! Be careful not to tighten it to tight because I did that at first and it felt like my ears starting breathing so I loosened it up and it felt much better. I would definitely suggest this waist trainer good quality and well worth the money!

The material is strong. I’m always looking for a sturdy zipper and this one does the work well. The size is true to size. I bought a few waist trainers before but I haven’t been as pleased as I am with this one.
