Initially we purchased a set that had one of these in the set. We thought they should make them all like this. This one is sturdy and I like the fact it has a belt clip when I have conference calls. We have a lot more with Covid. The initial one I use for my office phone. We purchased this one for our outdoor space because of the water resistant feature and sturdy build. It cost almost the same amount for this one phone then an entire set which was the only disappointing aspect of the purchase. Overall, I would recommend this phone if you need an additional phone compatible with your set.

Very good quality handset. I just bought a new Panasonic cordless phone system and I wish that all of the handsets have been of this quality. This is my main phone that I carry with me when I work outside in the yard or in the shop. It has a good strong clip on it and a place to plug in my headset. I'm very well pleased.

Nice rugged phone but will not sync into wireless system as an add on.

We purchased this phone for our patio where it is placed outdoors but under a cover. We have damp winters with plenty of fog. No issues as of yet and I wouldn't expect there to be. The ruggedness is of good quality and ideal for outside use.

I would have given this extension 5 stars for it's performance, but unfortunately, the battery cover was nowhere to be found. Guess the quality control and inspection is sub-par.

The battery compartment lock brok off immediately!
