$164 is a great value for this TV
This is a great little smart TV. I bought this from the Amazon warehouse as "damaged" return. The TV arrived in the original packaging that appeared to be unopened. only 1 single layer of packing tape keeping the flaps closed and no evidence of ever being opened. There was essentially no damage to the bok and the TV was obviously never opened. The picture is great and apps are easy to find and open. the processing of updates is pretty slow but still only took about 10 minutes. Remote is nicely sized and button layout is good. Speakers are speakers they make appropriate sound. No modern TV will give you great audio, if you want that purchase a sound bar or surround sound system. I recommend this TV I am using it primarily as a monitor for my PC on the desk top.

Bought it refurbished, should that be a reason? NO
Sometimes the TV will not come on or off. I find myself unplugging it, then it start back work.

Pretty Awesome!
Love the fact you have many colors and hues to select from, the image shown above is Calibrated Dark so you could see the tones (sorry I moved the camera) in pitch black. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS - the Device itself only has one preset Closed Captioning. I like a Large Font - so what I did was via my cable box and configured it to extra large (which is seen on the screen). The upside is, the Audio has various settings, but I plan to add my own Soundbar and Speakers (I love surround sound). As for picture: You have option for Gaming, Video, etc etc... which is great, click and go and done! It is true to HD 1080 DPI!

Unbearably slow, buggy interface
I've had it for over 2 months now and am very annoyed. This TV has solid picture quality. Other than that, it's absolute garbage. The interface is severely laggy and just to play or pause a show takes several seconds. I called tech support about this and they told me that's normal. WHAT? That's ridiculous! Occasionally it just kicks you out of the app you're watching for no reason. Especially the Disney+ app, for some reason, is incapable of making it through more than a couple minutes of a show before freezing. Half the time it's not successful at receiving airplay or chromecast. Incidentally, setting up your various services such as Disney+ was a total nightmare because it takes interminably long to type anything with the onscreen keyboard. Navigating from letter to letter took maybe 2-3 seconds per letter. Missplelled your password? Better do it all over again. Calling it a "smart TV" is a stretch at best. I'm going to have to get an Apple TV/Roku/firestick and hope that works better. I will very likely be returning it if I can find a "dumb TV" that's got better picture without having to pay for this terrible UI.

Great Product for On the Go
This was a very good TV For the price, for traveling or being on the go. It does not have the greatest quality, but it does have some pretty decent features. It came very quickly, and was in perfect condition. I would buy this again, should I ever need it.

Good TV with some odd glitches
The picture on this TV is amazing. The set up was super easy. I was irked that they didn’t include $2 batteries for the remote. It seemed odd to me. I do have a complaint. Sometimes when I turn off the TV the “on” indicator light stays on. Sometimes it flickers, other times it’s steady. I have to turn on the TV again and turn it off by holding the power button on the remote for several seconds. Also periodically I have to unplug the TV because the product symbol shows up on the screen and stays on until I unplug it. Otherwise I like the TV.

Better than buying a large screen computer monitor!
I purchased this refurbished TV for my wife so that she could use it for her laptop monitor in the home office. Very inexpensive, and I was concerned about the 'refurbished' nature before buying, so I got the 3 year insurance. We've had it for a few months now, and there hasn't been any problems with it. It's a smart TV which means it comes with the ability to watch Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu and others. You can also cast your phone or tablet directly to the TV! I used Google Home on my iPad and then you can watch whatever you have on your iPad on the big screen. Definitely better for your money than buying a computer monitor which wouldn't have the same features or picture quality. Don't forget to purchase the HDMI cable, too.
