Barber Single Edge Razor Blades - 100 Count Stainless Steel

I’ve been using the Japanese Barber single-edge razor blades for a few years now. I have a safety razor and a straight razor, I have tried many other brands over the years and these cut like butter. I’m thoroughly impressed with their performance. Each blade is individually and the sharpness is exceptional, the shaves I get are smooth and precise while never given me razor burn. The blades last too, they do not go dull in 1-2 uses but at 10 dollars a box the price is so affordable that replacing them isn’t an issue. I also appreciate the durability and consistent performance, especially for such a budget-friendly blade. I’ll am a long time customer and I have continued reordering and recommending them to others.

They are nice and sharp. I feel like I could get 2 decent shave out of 1 blade. If I were to strop it or something, I think the blade quality is good to use multiple times, But I'm more of a 1 and done person. Since I only shave about 2-3 times a week 1 box least me a year, and it is a great value. I will continue to buys there as long as I have my straight razor.

Right out the box these work great. Cut smooth and close. I wear a respirator at work each day so that is critical to me. That said they loose the edge in under 4 shaves and start to pull. This isn’t the biggest deal as they are cheap enough to replace but I’d like them to last a little longer. Disposable blades shouldn’t mean once and done. I don’t know if it’s a quality of steel problem or what but other razors don’t go dull this fast. I’ve gone to stropping them to make them last a bit longer but i shouldn’t have to. That in mind id still but again. This problem is mostly annoying than anything. They have a good amount in the pack and are cheap. Worth the buy.

Bought this to pair with my THURLADY Safety Razor and my Suavecito Shavette Razor. Blades are extremely sharp and I usually get 3-5 shaves with it. Since I shave only every 2-4 days this blade pack will last me a lifetime.

Sharpen enough to get your job done. For my fellows self barber this what you need.

I use a Leaf shaving handle and decided to try these in it, the second blade I took out of the box was a different width and didn’t fit in the handle. The blades are very thin and not very sharp, the first shave feels like you’re using an old blade that has been through too many shaves already and the second shave is worse. They are an inexpensive option as long as inexpensive is more important than a smooth shave.

Wow! I'm VERY impressed with these! I was using two different kinds of Derbys and the difference between these and those is day and night! I've been shaving with a straight razor for about ten months now, daily, and I would STILL get cuts every now and then with my Derbys. The blades don't glide as smoothly over the skin, even on first use. These blades are so thin that I asked myself, are these new ones really going to be any different? They were! I was blown away! I think that the metal used to fabricate these makes a WORLD of difference! With these new ones, the blade glides over the skin so smoothly! So much so that even my confidence has increased! I know that I'm not going to cut myself, particularly over the challenging areas, like the sharp angle of the chin and the space under the nose. The way these blades glide remind me of the feel when my barber is using his straight razor. Initially, I figured that the reason the blade glides so smoothly over my skin, with him, was his years of practice. Yet, I am now convinced that the quality of the blade-metal also has a lot to do with it. It seems that just as the Japanese make quality auto parts, they also make quality shaving blades. I LOVE THESE! And I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who appreciates the advantage of shaving with a straight razor over the safer Gillette lever mode.
