I bought one of those touch-free stainless garbage cans that have two compartments. One for trash and one for recycle. Total capacity is around 18 gallons so about 9 gallons for each side. I needed bags approx.10 gallons and my recycle bags needed to be clear.I found an awesome brand called Neutrino that was a perfect fit and was extremely well made with a very nice thickness (nice for bottles, cans, etc that can puncture plastic). They also had a nice neutral grey drawstring instead of a bright color that looks unattractive in the kitchen. They were a competitor to the SimpleHuman brand but far cheaper. I used them for both sides of my trashcan. I paid about $22 for a box of 90.Fast forward I needed more. Product was for some reason "Unavailable" but Amazon had their own brand that looked similar for the same price.They are fine. They work. If I could pick Neutrino over the Amazon brand I would 100% and here's why. The thickness is not the same. Amazon's are much thinner. They are also closed at the top and have to be opened up via a perforated seal. I have wasted so many bags because when you try to pull open the seal, it tears the bag instead of following a straight line. You also have to vigorously shake the bag until it unfolds from being in half. The price is the same but the quality is not.These will do in the meantime.As of the date of me writing this review, Neutrino is now available again. That would be my first choice in the future.

The Amazon brand trash bag under review here is made of plastic material that is stronger than that of your average supermarket bag's material. The first one I used held up well. It's larger than the Simple Human can I purchased it for so it's unlikely to be over-filled. I like it.

Fits right into the simple human garbage can. Super strong for the price.

The clear bags were cheaper than the opaque white. Do I care that you can see through them? No - because they're either inside the kitchen can, or outside in the garbage bin. They are slightly larger than the can's manufacturer's [SimpleHuman] bags, but I actually like that. Along with the difference in price, I might add. I've gone through more than 50 of these bags so far and they are resistant to rips, stretch just enough so you can pack 'em full, and then tie off with the handle ties.

Ordered these to use in SimpleHuman trash can. Mine are size JOriginal bags are on the expensive end and regular trash bags do not look or fit good. These bags do the trickBags are durable and fit well and are priced cheap per pc compared to genuine ones.Couple things to note:- These are almost see through. Pictures look like translucent grey and kinda opaque, but its more translucent than colored. Doesn't affect the functionality, but trash is visible when you are taking it out.- Quantity: Title says 80 pcs, but description says 75. Actual package is 75 pcs. Again, not bad for the price but not consistent hence pointing out.Overall, good value for money and will buy again !

Another round of cutting the household budget in order because of this darn virus!So my Simple Human bags, which I love, got targeted this time, and I ordered these bags instead.With my son ordered home from college, we now have at least double the trash. To test these bags, we pressed the trash down to utilize as much of the bag as possible. Sometimes when I would pull out an SH bag from the can (under the same loading conditions) it would split a little. Not so with this bag!Although it remains to be seen whether one of these bags will split at all, I am VERY pleased with this brand! Number of bags, strength, fit, plus the lower price is a WIN for us!!

I almost bought the simple human bags. but for the price I came to Amazon to look for different options. I'm so glad I did not buy the simple human bags. I received a bag of samples to try out with the trash can, they are thick and strong, but just not worth the price to me. I found these in my search and will continue to purchase the Amazon brand when I run out. Thanks amazon for the quality bags saved me spending $70. I haven't had any issues with tears.

I've been buying name-brand bags and they are way too expensive. I broke down and bought these, I expected the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised when they actually seem to fit better in my trash can than the real ones. The real ones I have to pull pretty hard to get them on the can, these are sized just right to make it a little easier to put on, but they are in no way loose or sliding around. They fit perfectly. They are no worse quality either, and you receive a lot more for your money. I can't see ever using the higher-priced ones again.

These trash liners are not compatible with Simplehuman Type J trash bags as advertised. They are far from the length of a Type J bag and are not what I expected. Do not buy these bags if you expect them to custom fit a Simplehuman trash can that takes Type J bags! A total waste of money.

Tears very easily so you need to double up the bags to be equivalent to the simple human ones. Factor that in to the per unit price.

bags ares too loose at the top and keep bunching up at the top or falling off.

These are so neatly fitted .. They are not as strong as my other choice or opaque but they suit the purpose well enough for the cost.
