I bought this for my niece, for her 5th birthday. She loves jewelry and dressing up, and she loves mermaids, so I thought it would be a good gift for her. She seemed to really like it, so I'd say it was a success. It is a little bigger than it seems from the pictures online, but for a 5 year old that's probably a good thing. The chain seems sturdy enough, and the charm looks very nice. I'm happy with my purchase.

I ordered 5 of these to give as gifts to my bridesmaids to wear to our beach wedding in October. The blue stones are very pretty and the piece will look nice with the navy mermaid style dresses. For the price, they are a good looking piece and have a nice chain with them. They are packaged in boxes with small pink jewelry bags and the larger box is again inside of a well fitted pink jewelry bag. I got what I was looking for!

This was given as a present by my daughter to her friend for her friend's birthday. They both enjoy mythological creatures and the present was well received. My daughter told me today that her friend had worn it to school and made a point to show it. The necklace is well priced, good quality, and VERY nicely presented in the packaging. The necklace came in a clear case with a beautiful gold-decorated drawstring bag, just big enough to hold the necklace in. Very pleased with it! I'm considering getting another one.

This necklace/charm is absolutely stunning! And for the price, you would be crazy not to get this. The charm is heavier and bigger than I imagined. You have no problems knowing what it is from a distance. I will be using a different necklace though (which I plan to do anyways) because the necklace that it came with ends up pulling the little hairs on my neck. But I didn't really buy this for the necklace I bought it for the charm. So 100% satisfied.

Only reason for 4 stars is that one of the blue jewels had popped out during shipping. I glued it back in and it looks just fine, but still, not awesome.

This is a very nice necklace. The silver is shiny and the rhinestones have a nice glimmer to them. Unfortunately I was looking for something with a smaller sized pendant so I won't be keeping the necklace.

Our 7 year old daughter loves mermaids and loves this necklace. It seems to be very good quality. The mermaid is just the right size we hopes it would be, not really small, but not super big. And it hangs at just the right height around her neck. She likes to wear it for special occasions :)
