Rockingham Forge Essentials 8139 Series Paring Knife with 9cm Blade, Stainless Steel Kitchen Knife for Fruit and Vegetables

I think I may have accidentally received the subtle knife instead of a nakiri knife. Upacking the knife I decided to test it out my julienning some veg for a stir fry. Carrots, ginger, garlic, onions nothing is a match. Unfortunately neither was the Chopping board, the bench, my finger or the fabric of reality. Now I have a hole to another dimension where my kitchen should be but hell if this knife wasn't a total bargain.

Got the chef knife, this is the second knife from Rockingham forge. The blade on these knives is far better than more expensive knives I own in terms of sharpness and edge holding, it is very sharp as a knife should be, blunt knives are harder to use and more hazardous really. The knives are well made and purpose fit. Proper value for money. Not sure where they are made but I don't care as long as they are this good.

Ok, so I like cooking. It’s a weekend thing and can spend a lot of time in our kitchen (usually drunk by the end of it!) and like to use nice tools. The Mrs is a trained chef and has some Sabatier knives and other good knives so know decent quality. So far these knives are really holding up well, edge is maintaining well, comfortable, good size and balance. So so surprised given how low priced these are. Only time will tell once they have been honed and used for a year. Cracking product so far!

Never have I had a better knife. I never knew onions (amongst others) were so simple to cut. I always thought my knifes were sharp, I even have a good knife sharpener. But nope, I had rubbish. This is a dream. It’s just a shame I don’t need any more knife. A fantastic purchase and I shall be coming back here for all my knife needs.

Good sharp, sliced an onion like it wasn't there, probably one of the more decent of the budget range, seems durable, time will tell but I have no worries about buying more of this range of knives, as soon as they're available that is, most out of stock at the moment which is a good sign as to their quality.

When I received this knife, I couldn't believe that it's really nice. The price is one of the lowest ones and the qualification is sooo fab! Both the handle and the colour of the handle are very nice。 And the blade is very sharp, and it's very big. For me, it is omnipotent, can be used to cut vegetables, cut meat and bone!I REALLY like it!

Needed an axe that won't break when I try to reduce the size of frozen tripe for our dog. Sounds too much for an axe, but as this has a sturdy handle, and a super thick blade, it is perfect for doing just that. Oh, and it washes easily without nicking one's hand, but be careful not to disrespect it.
