Luxury! This is a very authentic mink effect throw. It is far better than a fake Hermes throw or even a real one. Sumptuous, silky, dense and snuggly... It also washes really well and stays fluffy and soft without shedding in the washing machine or dryer. They got this right.

I found this blanket originally in a store a few years back. It was the only one in the building. I got it on sale and I have just loved it ever since. Last Christmas I purchased four I think as gifts for Christmas and the recipients could not be more thrilled and use them everyday as I do mine. They are still so soft and have stayed intact. They are warm with a perfect weight. They don't shed. Easy to use. Perfect design and function as they're supposed to. I recommend 100% for personal or as gifts

Love the “ Bunny feel softness”. Good $$, warm, colors are beautiful. The only problem you’ll run into is the family fighting over who gets to use it SO……..better buy several ! Believe me , I use to make and sell these in my shop and they will literally last for yrs. Can’t beat um for comfort and warmth .

I have ordered several "throw" blankets looking for the softness, heavier weight, right color, size and most importantly NO SHEDDING!I have tried the larger blankets/throws that have one side that is super soft and the other size "sherpa" material. After washing it and drying on extra low, I find the sherpa size not only collects every little fuzzy bit of material but it snags on toes, toe nails and is not as soft as the opposite side. We then flip the blanket over and only use the softer size but that leaves the sherpa matieral side exposed with all the bits of fuzz that has accumulated from other laundry.I have tried many of the $19.99-$29.99 price ranged faux fur blankets where one side is faux fur and the other a soft material as well. As soon as it comes out of the packaging, the first test I do with it is rub the blanket against a long sleeve shirt or my yoga pants and check for shedding. Almost every single one SHEDS. I then think, "well let me just put it in the wash and see if I can get the 'initial' shedding off and see if it will be fine." Well after washing in cold water and then drying on extra low air and then air only setting, it clogs up my lint trap and still sheds an extreme amount here after. I have even tried washing it twice and drying it only on air only setting and still the same thing. Although this too passes the NO SHEDDING tests, the blanket is much lighter weight than the one I am reviewing. So if you light a lighter blanket, then this would be a good choice.So then I came across THIS blanket and of course, I read all the reviews (as I did with all the other blankets) and I kept my fingers crossed. It was a little pricier than the other blankets BUT after all the buying, testing and returning, this one finally meets my expectations!I did the initial rub test...NO SHEDDING. I then washed on COLD setting and dried on EXRTA LOW head setting and the lint trap had barely anything in it. Likely the remnants from the last blankets I had dried in the dryer.I then did the "rub test" and there was NO shedding at all on my clothes. Yay! Finally a blanket that meets the basic requirement of NOT SHEDDING.This blanket has some good weight to it as well, which I really like. The texture on BOTH sides are wonderfully soft and won't pill up and snap like the sherpa style blankets.I have ordered TWO of these blankets (in Cloud color) and absolutely feel they are well worth the $39.99 price point for the quality.I hope this review helps others that are in search of a NON-SHEDDING, double sided super soft blanket that washes well (in COLD and dry on extra low heat) so you don't have to go through the blanket search/buy/return like I had to.Stay safe. Soft, pretty, warm, and cozy!

Bought this as a gift. We ordered the queen in white. It looks luxurious on my daughters bed. The color is beautiful and the feel. I did wash this blanket on cold and dry lowest heat setting like the tag care instructions state. This blanket sheds. You lay on it and get up and look like a polar bear. Everywhere my daughter sits after the blanket fur goes. In the car, stuck in sweaters. Maybe we got a bad one or maybe the quality went down? Maybe different colors shed more than others? I don’t know and since I bought this as a Christmas gift it was wrapped under the tree for two months and now after it is opened it is past Amazon’s return policy. I wish Amazon would extend return policies for holidays.

If you’re thinking about it, do it! I’ve purchased so many difference (faux) fur, fleece, ‘cozy’ blankets & this takes the cake! It’s so incredibly soft! I washed it right out the box on a cold delicate cycle, then put it in the dryer, also on delicate cycle (for 55 minutes!) & it’s just as soft as it was right out the box! There was also barely any shedding in the lint trap, practically nothing really.I got the Queen size to fit my full sized bed & it definitely has some weight to it. Heavier than other similar blankets I’ve had, which I don’t mind. I think it adds to the good quality of it overall. It’s warm, so cozy & comfortable & a hit with my pets — cat approved! Both of my cats love soft blankets & they’ve been sleeping on it so much since I’ve gotten it lol.

Love this blanket! I often buy blankets that look soft and cozy and then as soon as you wash it, it’s rough and shedding.This blanket has not done that. I’ve washed it 3 times now and feels so for still and has kept its shape. Very pleased!
