First, red light therapy works! I have gotten good results with DGYAO red light treatment devices for knee, shoulder, and back thanks to playing lots of tennis and pickleball. This device, like other DGYAO devices, is high quality with a generous red light area to cover the entire treatment area. I like that this offers infrared only, visible red only, and combined treatment modes. I typically use infrared only nice for my knee because my physical therapist says it's the best mode to control inflammation on shoulder and knee. I've had great results. These let me keep my cortisone injections at one per year, which saves me money and avoids the reducing efficacy issue with injections. I like that I can use the controller/battery on all of my red light devices since I always buy this brand. A full charge takes about an hour and lasts for about 15 30-minute treatments. It's comfortable and made of a quality weight of neoprene.

Im using this for a knee i hurt. What i dont like is if on h5 its warm and stiffens my knee. But on h2 its perfect and i do think it helps before bed with relaxing it.

Hard to say if it actually does anything to help healing. I can say that the power being wired is annoying and limiting. Just last night, after having this for about a year, half of the redlights stopped working. Buyer beware.

I bought this for a gift

Most heating pads/sleeves require a power cord. this one has a battery (charged with normal USB plug) and it easily attaches/detaches from the sleeve. It’s comfortable and also has a good range of heating options.

It’s doing it job of healing my swollen knee

This helps my knee pain without getting hot. It works really well.
