Great product
These really mould into my ears perfectly. They do blank out a lot of noise. We live near a motorway and I can't sleep for the noise. With these in, I get a great night's sleep.

Incredible! Just what I have been looking for
These ear plugs are incredible, far superior to any sponge or rubber in ear plugs I have tried. They are like balls of putty that are moulded and remoulded and pushed into the outer ear blocking the ear canal. Once they have been seated correctly the noise blocking is outstanding. In fact I have slept through my mobile alarm on a few occasions so be warned! I use them on holidays when sharing a room with a heavy snorer and they are the only thing that gives me a good nights sleep. Each pair can be used many many times, they do eventually pick up linen dust but it doesn't seem to affect them in anyway. 1 pair has lasted many weeks, each night just turning them back into a ball and reinserting. I will say however when inserting them, they can cause a vacuum seal on your ear canal if pushed too hard, which is uncomfortable, just remove them lightly to release the vacuum and reseat and you will be good all night. Try to keep them over the ear canal in the outer ear and not pushed down the ear canal and you will get great comfortable results. Amazing!

Very good, but not the best.
Overall, these earplugs work well. They block out a considerable amount of noise and I've generally slept better when using them. Maintaining them for reuse is straightforward too and providing you take care of them, they should easily last for several weeks. They will inevitably become less sticky the more you use them, but even then, I found them to still work well enough.Having previously used Hush Plugz, I find these to be less comfortable (initially) and slightly less effective at blocking out noise. None of them cancel out noise completely and there may be differences with the silicone, but generally, I prefer Hush Plugz. These are reusable however, so for the price, it's a great deal.

Get the best night sleep with Medical Grade Silicone Ear Plugs
I am employed where I work both 12hr day and night shifts and whilst working during the day, my sleep isn't disturbed during the night but when I work through the night and attempt to sleep from 7am for a few hours, I have been finding it really hard to sleep due to external noises and sounds of traffic, as I live on a through-road.I have tried a couple of items - placing cotton balls in my ears, or the foam ear plugs. Both of which are good but didn't provide adequate quietness.Looking through Amazon, I came across these Medical Grade Silicone blocks in which you place into the entrance of your ear once shaped into a ball. The package is nicely presented and comes with 9 pairs (18 small silicone blocks), two containers to store two blocks after the first use, a tightly compacted cloth to wash ears and hands prior to handling and placing the silicone blocks and a handy instruction manual that you follow to achieve the best results.I followed the instructions carefully and once set in place, all external sounds were cancelled out. Then, it was lights out and according to my watch, my sleep had gone from 65% prior to using these silicone ear plugs, to 90% with them in and I feel more refreshed after my first sleep using these blocks.Pros:Great low priceMedical Grade SiliconeEasy to implementMy FIRST best night sleep in a long timeThere are no Cons, other than, buy a device that will vibrate to wake you up. As you could easily miss your alarm, as these really are that good.Highly recommend these for eliminating external noise for a sound, undisturbed sleep. Thanks for reading.

Like sticking putty in your ears?
They certainly seem to block noise relatively well, and by their very malleable consistency can be moulded to fit any ear shape. The individual pieces were (at least for me) way too much so I could pretty much divide a couple of plugs into 2 pairs, saving money. Yay.For me that's where the benefits end. You're essentially jamming what I can only describe as a substance not unlike a softer and less sticky blu-tack into your ear canal. The pristene white colour is all but gone after the first use when it picks up skin cells, oils and hair. And if you're a side sleeper then the plug will also be cleaning dirt and lint off your pillow. And you don't even get another vessel to carry your used plugs, so you're left with mixing your day-old already looking grotty ear plugs with the unused earplugs in the same container. These are probably good if your find the memory foam type or silicone earbud type plugs don't make a good enough seal, or fall out too often. But it's your choice if you can replace those problems with day-1 dirtiness and a sticky sensation instead.

Working brilliantly so far !
I’ve only ever used foam earplugs before so can’t compare to other silicon ones. I (rather foolishly) bought a new build house on a corner at the top of a cul de sac. No neighbour is deliberately noisy but omg - taxis at 2&3 am sit idling outside my house as everyone chooses to get out here ?, everyone parks outside which I don’t mind as I’ve a drive but coming back to the cars late at night shouting “been lovely” “see you soon etc” and last but by no means least the home shopping delivery wagons reversing outside my house - did you know they start delivering at 6 am 🥲.Well, if you’ve read till now I apologise for my moaning, needless to say I’m fed up , because no one has much garden space my bedroom is effectively roadside so I hear it all.Since I got these I’ve slept for what feels like the first time in forever !!! They’ve stayed in place, not caught any hairs in (I have long hair) and look very clean. They mould, a bit like putty but no smell & don’t fall apart. I’ve only used the 2 so far (been about 2-3 weeks) and I’ve taken to only using 1 at a time as sound is so completely blocked I worried I wouldn’t gear kids or smoke alarm.Even if they suddenly fell apart I’d buy again because this last couple of weeks of sleep have been a life saver

Don’t waste your money!
Just lumps of squishy gunk to shove in your lug holes, they don’t stay in and they’re not effective at reducing noise.
