For the money this is a really good setup. I ended up building a base for it to raise it up off the floor, but that was just so the stylists didn’t have to bend over so far. The bottom base that sticks out the front is what I built to sit the chair and sink on. It was a little work to assemble, but not too bad if you follow the instructions and a helper would be handy. We’ve been using this for 7 months now and had clients say they really like it, and no complaints. If you’re on a budget and trying to upgrade your salon this is a good purchase.

The media could not be loaded. It’s good for the price. Make sure to tighten everything real good. Use a lot of thread seal on all threads!!! I had to cut a portion of the back out and get an 1/2” male adapter and a 3/8” female to 1/2” female hose (supply line). About 25$ extra for me but if you already have a 1/2” valve instead of 3/8” valve for your plumbing setup you shouldn’t have to buy anything extra except thread seal. Good for a startup shampoo sink

I read plenty of reviews and went ahead and purchase it. All I could say is I got lucky! After installing it I thought I was gonna have leaking problems, but after the moment we of truth when we turned in the water and there was no water anywhere we were extremely happy! Side note I did have tow buy my own plumbing accessories. Didn’t use any of the piping that went from the sink to the wall. All the faucets accessories did work and function properly.Sink is made out of plastic luckily it’s black so there is no stains. It is flimsy, it feels like a plastic storage container for reference.Now to the chair… and why this review is not a 4/5 star. I’m 5’5 I feel like I’m average height, if you see the photo the sink is just below my hips. Which means I’m bending over and I feel my back straining. Not a good feeling. I feel like I’m the next few weeks, I will have to have someone build a platform to bring it up higher cause I’m not about to mess up my back due to the design flaw. I just moved into my own suite so I am learning as I go. At some point I will have to replace this whole sink for something better and higher.Also there is no way to secure the chair to the floor. If you lean on the chair it’ll move side to side and the only thing holding it in place is the plumbing pipes that connects to the wall. Be very careful.Over all this sink is working out ok aside from a few things that need to be adjusted. Don’t regret the purchase. If your shorter than 5’5 this will be perfect for you. If you are over the height go in knowing a platform will need to be built before installing and you might need to drill a whole in the back to pipe the pipes through.

This item was well pack. No scuffs marks.. Ease to assemble! Very sturdy.. worth my money! It fits perfectly in my area of work.

Horrible cheap made product and when you contact them for replacement parts they never reply

I am obsessed with this shampoo bowl. The only thing I wish is that it wasn’t a plastic bowl. But it is just me working so it’s not a big deal. The bowl itself is HUGE . I can place my toner bottles and bowls in it while coloring without it getting in the way.I love the comfort of the chair itself too. I could literally take a nap in it. 😂My bf is a plumber she he did buy the extra plumbing pipes needed to install. Which I would recommend. The other best thing I love about it is the height. I’m five foot nothing and the top of the bowl comes to my belly button. Which is perfect height for me. No more having to use a step stool to wash hair.If you’re taller than 5’5 , it might be problematic for you tho. So keep that in mind.

I would have given 5 stars especially for the price. However the plumbing is super cheap it all had to be replaced and the hose is too short to shampoo underneath a client head. Also the chair sits too close to the bowl. Making the neck rest impossible to put on also because it sits so close to the you can’t get the cape between the bowl and the chair which leaves the client wet.
