It's my second Doogee phone, and I'm already a fan of this one. Most importantly, it's very rugged, so I'm never afraid to drop it anywhere. Full waterproofing up to IP69K will ensure it can survive not just a shower or a swim, but even high pressure or hot water, so no worries there either. They have now improved both the specifications, including a good processor and plenty of memory, as well as improved triple camera setup. Finally, the modular setup will expand the already-massive battery to an even bigger one, and will allow me to listen to music in stereo on good speakers. Overall, a great and unique device, highly recommended!

I have had this phone for 3 months and I must add how disappointed I am. As a plumber, I need a phone that would cope with physically demanding amd moist environments and was looking for a sturdy ruggedized phone. Alas this is not the device i was hoping for. Already the internal speaker is failing and the pronounced glass covering of the camera lenses has shattered. The performance is good as a mid range Smartphone but another thing that this seems to suffer from is the poor accuracy of the gps receiver which seems to be a common fault with many of these Chinese Android phones. It may have a rubberised exteria but this offers no more hardiness than a normal phone in a £10 case. I was hoping for so much more durability. Again, I am very dissappointed considering that this was DooGee's supposedly marquis phone.

DO NOT BUY THIS. Camera lens cracked (caused by led light coming on and not switching off causing thermal expansion). Have to take off the speaker mod when using phone as the magnets are so weak that it crackles. They can pop off taking from a pocket or trying to hold it to watch something. Very hard to get support on this phone (how do I choose macro for instance?) And it's now refusing to charge.The addons can do the job but they are poorly implemented compared to the Moto Z play series with similar addons.They are held weakly on with magnets and can pop off taking from a pocket. The magnetic fields can interfere with the compass (unlike Moto Z Play) and you have to switch them on to use them! Moto Z play for instance, clip on and they are working. No need for an off or on button.Can't find anyway of working out finding out how much charge is in an addon (Moto z play you have a separate section for addons)The speaker covers the phones camera (and hence torch facility. Hint place camera in centre next time peeps)The extra button on the side sound like a great idea till you realise that the buttons are so soft that they get switched on any time they are in a pocket or bag so Tap and long tap are useless and only double tap is of use (otherwise your battery gets flattened in your pocket with the camera or torch on).The addons are not rugged or waterproof and they appear to have to be charged separately!For a rugged phone, a bit more lens protection would have been good. Lay it down and the camera can easily get scratched.Speed is okay and fingerprint unlocks quickly but for the price I feel it could have been designed better so rather disappointed.Overall I wish i had brought a moto Z3 instead.

The phone itself is very good. Fast, strong and game playable, but I've not tested waterproof. Battery module is very handy when travelling. Speaker module is excellent with a loud decent sound.After one month of owning however the speakers just stopped working. Phone seems to know they are there but sound they do not make. I've only used the speakers a few times so it's very dissapointing, and that was one of the main reasons I bought it.Also, not sure you can buy the modules without the phone. Not on Amazon anyway.

My s90 was stolen. Good thing too because this s95 is much better. The fingerprint sensor on side is better. Processor is muuuch quicker for pubg maxed out etc. Works with the s90 control pad. The smaller notch is nicer. My wife bought a Samsung a70 for £40 more... S95 is a much better phone in everyway. Also it comes with screen protector pre applied and some spares ones. Best buy 2020.

I dropped the phone from 60 cm and the display glass smashed...The batterie barely last a day (with external battery)...When you put the phone close to your ear, normally the display will turn of ...it rarely dose. You need to lock the phone....

This phone will be a lot better if they used better components , at 1st they are good and the. Bit by bit you notice things are not right , now my phone has no sound , been using it for around 5months droped it twice from a short distance and the camera lense cracked , you pay peanuts you get monkeys.

For a product that describes itself as 'rugged' it is far from it. It also describes 1000 drops. Naturally that's not a guideline just 'show off' stats. Submergible upto 4 hours for 2m depth. I bought this product after the rave reviews and it's amazing stats, it turns out it was to good to be true. Sitting down one day I was roughly 2ft from the ground it slipped out of my pocket. The first and only time I have dropped it and the phones shattered. It is no more rugged and robust as an umbrella made out of tissue paper is waterproof. Waste of money. Definitely is not what it says on the tin.
