These are fairly sturdy. I did have to file off the backs to every single one of them. There area where you hold them was rough, and Thought I could possibly scrape my fingers or hands. I however will be keeping them, because other than that time consuming repair, I like them. I do wish they had a measurement on each spoon. I think that would be very helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. They are heavy and don’t get bent. I also liked the great variety of sizes and styles. Many uses.

These are adequate, you get what you pay for quality. The heavier pieces, stamped with SUS304 (same as SS304 & 18/8SS (stainless steel)), have a bit of a rough/sharp edge on the length of the back side, which I cleaned up with sandpaper in a few minutes. The smallest spoons are thinner than the larger utensils and do not have any SS stamp designations.
