I've had the rope for about 2 weeks now and it's not great. ESPECIALLY for the price. It is extremely easy to adjust the length of the rope and easy to get started. That's about it. Twice during my workouts the rope flew out of the handle. The rope itself is significantly heavier than the standard crossfit ropes, so double unders are actually more difficult. Even the trainer tried it and hated it. The Angle at which the rope comes out of the handles also messes up your form. It comes straight out of the handles, but inevitable starts bending.Overall, not a good product.

It’s worked great for awhile, but after only using it a few times the end of the rope, near the handles, began to bend. Luckily, this didn’t seem to impact the performance too much, but after a few weeks i was in the middle of double unders and the rope flew off of the handles. The portion inside the handles broke and became stuck, making it unusable.

This Bear KompleX jump rope was recommended to me by a crossfitter when I i expressed frustration about another less expensive speed rope I had purchased a couple weeks before. I wish I had this recommendation before I bought the first one. Thanks to the ability to store a little extra length, others at the gym have been trying my rope out and are also impressed with it. Spend the extra dollars for this one. It's worth it.

The easy to use adjustment is about the only highlight. The rope is way too stiff and doesn’t rotate well due to the design. Worst part, the metal connectors that hold the rope together broke when I dropped it on the ground mid wod. Talk about a quick finish. Will not buy this brand again. I definitely expected better from this brand, because I love their grips and sleeves. I swear by those. They just have no business making ropes

I'm a CrossFit member and jumping rope is part of the WOD at least twice a week. I was sharing a rope with one of the trainers because the ropes in the box were a bit worn. I finally decided to buy my own. I'm glad I bought this one. It's made well and serves it's purpose. I've always been able to do "double unders" so I can't say that it's made that activity any easier. I will say that it is light, easy to adjust, and that everyone asks me where I bought it.

So far, so great! I was a bit skeptical as to how this rope was going to hold up when I first opened the packaging but wow! So far so good! Simply insert and go! Not sure how it works but it works!Rope is light and fast. Did my first workout with it the day after it arrived - 300+ double unders. I also own a set of grips from this company and I am impressed! Thank you!

I was pretty blown away at the quality of this rope and handles. Very easy to adjust, silky smooth action. Everything I hoped it would be and very good quality for the price. I'm glad they sent two wires because I immediately got one too short on accident. They must know people do that. Wouldn't hesitate to buy it again although I will probably never have to.

I just received my Beat KompleX speed jump rope. I am incredibly happy with it so far. I am new to CrossFit but have used jump ropes in past classes. After starting CrossFit it was advised that getting your own jump rope is a good idea. After looking at the million and a half options on Amazon and the huge price range, I decided on this one. What drew me to it was the construction and well thought out mechanics. It has super smooth bearings and many of the features of rope that are two to three times as expensive. In setting it up... it is a breeze. In practice it performs flawlessly. I highly recommended it.

For some, this is a good product, but for me it is too fiddly, and it seems you have to cut 3mm steel windings with I don't know what if you don't want loose ends flayling every where. I sent mine back.

Poor for double under skipping. Quick release design doesn’t hold rope in securely - found this rope to be quite frustrating to use.

Really great ropes. Great speed and very comfortable.

Just an "ok" product, I was expecting a bit more.
