I had no problems when I installed this clutch, it was an absolute no brainer. Good fit great quality.

I bought this for use on my old (1985ish) John Deere 317 Garden Tractor. It required a small modification because my JD 317 was repowered with a Briggs and Stratton engine and the bracket didn't quite match up to the engine. Either way, it wasn't hard to do and, once installed, the product works perfectly. I'm very very happy with it!

The clutch fit fine onto the shaft but because of the lower bearing being in a different position I had to purchase a longer attachment bolt.

First and foremost... the air gap is not set correctly from factory. It's anywhere from 15 thou to 30 thou... Warner spec is 20-25 thou... First one shot sparks while engaging then quit after 10 mins of use.. (verified the coil burned out with inspection and testing) 2nd one torqued it's self so bad that it cracked the clutch it's self. Pure junk...didn't even get to the burnishing phase. Even corrected the air gap All in all I'd stay away from this one until engineering is improved. It'll save your the headache and the urge to throw wrenches through your shop...

Thd replacement clutch fit perfectly.

I installed this replacement PTO correctly. I am a small engine mechanic looking to cut corners and not pay the full john deere price, so i purchased this unit. Once installed I hopped on the LX188 and turned on the pto, this pto blew into pieces. All the bolts were sheared and blew apart. I rebuilt the deck before the pto install. I installed new spindles, bearings, greased them, and installed oem belts. The unit i received went straight to the garbage can and taught me a valuable lesson on aftermarket parts. Junk.

Works just fine for my JD LX188. I had tried another brand that was cheaper, but the bearing sleeve was too long and didn't match the tractor's output shaft This one works great.

Received product 2 days after ordering and immediately installed it. My problem was mower blades would not spin. I had voltage to the power connection for the PTO after pulling the switch up to mow but nothing happened. This electric clutch fit the crankshaft great. Hooked up the power and put belt back on. Was able to mow again.

Item was delivered on time. Got it installed and followed burnish instructions. My 35 year old Deere 130 mower is now running again like a top. Item did not come with any washers or spacers so I had to modify my own to install. The old ones were not suitable to get unit in proper position.
