I train on a keto diet and run 100 mile ultramarathons. I get nauseous from too much sweet so I switched from liquid flavored electrolytes during training and races to just taking one of these every 5-10 miles. They are excellent to keeping a good balance. I add in a magnesium tablet prior to running. Thanks for a great product. Including a pic of my last finish. Was a warm sept day.
