This does taste nasty very salty , but it does the job ! Has everything you need

I fast at least 14 hours per day. This is the first time that I've taken fasting salts, or any electrolytes for that matter, but since taking one dosage a day I feel so much better. No more cramps at night, far less dehydration and more mental clarity. Overall I just feel great. I will be taking this for as long as I need it. Expensive product but worth it.

It's more on expensive side but I love that there is no any unnecessary ingredients like in most ofher electrolytes. One little scoop on half litter, good concentration feels by the taste. Much difference if compare to the mainstream ones. Quality!!

Great product based on product description of what it says it does. However, not sure how effective it was with my fast as I did not notice any difference when I didn't take it.

I love these salts (electrolyte's) as no additives. Perfectly palatable without the usual rubbish added / chemicals added.

Allora, lasciando perdere che mi ha arrecato dolore di stomaco in alcune occasioni (avrò sbagliato io l'orario in cui prenderli) per il resto il prodotto è puro al 100% e mi ha salvato più volte dai mal di testa di quando si è in low-carb (un cucchiaino, o anche meno in bicchiere d'acqua, da sorseggiare). Unico problema è che sul sito dice letteralmente che contiene una quantità di sodio allucinante ed è una cosa voluta per non allungare il prodotto con altri componenti e darne comunque una quantità decente al cliente. Aggiungono poi, sempre sul sito, che volendo si può acquistare la versione sodio basso (non mi ricordo, forse in pillole). Questa cosa non mi è piaciuta perché sul prodotto è indicato che può essere utilizzato anche durante una dieta, o quando si è in keto, non per forza in digiuno totale, ma la quantità di sodio è scandalosa. Ultimamente al posto di preparare bicchieri da sorseggiare, lo sto spolverando sulla carne, insalata e altro cibo, un pizzico o 2. È buono per aumentare la sapidità, fornendo principalmente gli elettroliti che cerchiamo. Prodotto particolare ma ci sta, da usare in maniera intelligente 👌

I used to use Sunshine Nutrition’s effervescent electrolytes tablets. The brand is good, but the difference this supplement made in my energy level in comparison is like night and day! Better than caffeine. If you want a no-nonsense electrolyte supplement, try this one.

Great quality and quantity for less. Electrolytes without the sugar, so tastes salty. Personally most helpful for migraines and leg cramps.
