Cheap parts, that fit, but will NOT last !
Ordered these replacement kits twice. I should have learned the first time. My Hiblo pump was 5 years old when we bought this house. The Previous owner said he had rebuilt the pump once. So I bought this rebuild kit to have on hand just in case. When the Diaphragms failed , i used this kit to replace them. i think maybe a week later , the diaphragms failed again , causing me to think the pump was defective. So I bought a new pump. Fast forward two and a half years, the diaphragms just failed, so I used these replacement parts to rebuild the new pump. Within 3 hours, the small plastic switch shear pin that came with these kits, had failed and the pump was off again. I replaced the shear pin with an old plastic shear screw I had, the pump worked for 4 hours then the warning light was on again. This time the diaphragms were fine, and the shear pin was fine , So I took the diaphragms apart again looking at what might be wrong this time. Turned out the Valve caps on the diaphragms were just horribly built. The caps should let air pass out of the pump, but not let air back into the diaphragm area. Both that were in this set allowed air to pass easily in both directions . I got the manufactures valve caps, and put them on , and the system is now operating for two days alright.. BUT , I have ordered a new replacement rebuild kit from the manufacturer, yes It's more expensive, but I know these parts are cheap now, and probably won't last long. I probably didn't need to buy the whole new pump the last time. It was probably just these parts prematurely failing then too. Lesson Learned. I won't be buying these replacement kits from Amazon or any other third party seller in the future.

Time will tell.
Only time will tell how these replacement parts will work. My pump is located indoors in a conditioned space and is not exposed to the elements, so no bugs, dust, or temperature extremes that these pumps are normally exposed to. The OEM parts lasted exactly five years to the day that the new pump was installed. This kit has some parts that you may not need but it had all the parts I needed for my HP80. The center hole of replacement discs would not fit the shaft of the magnetic oscillater and required the hole to be slightly enlarged. I used the exact diameter drill bit as the shaft diameter to bore the hole and it worked perfectly. As previously mentioned, my pump is located in my garage which means I can hear it running when I am in the garage. The pump normally has a slight hum when running, so when the noise increased I knew it was time to check it. One of the diagrams on one disc had cracked, so the pump was still working enough to keep the alarm from sounding. After installing the replacement parts, the pump sounds a lot better, but is not quite as quiet as it once was. At one quarter the price of the OEM parts, I can stand a little extra sound, but time will tell if this replacement part is as good as the OEM parts.

I read a lot of reviews before buying this product. I saw a lot of bad reviews, so I just decided to give it a try. When it came in, it was just the same as the old one. I don’t understand why a lot people wrote bad reviews. It work perfectly find. I had no issues to install it. It fit perfectly. I did not have to drill hole or make modifications. I did not use power tools, all was done by hand tools. It is a very great product for a great price. I look on eBay but it was more expensive.

Don't Buy..They didn't last 2 months.
I'd give zero stars if I could. Bought this kit and installed it April 1st and by May 22 I noticed my septic pump sounded funny. Went to investigate it and found it blazing hot to the touch so I shut iff power to cool. Disassembled the pump to find 1 of the aerators blown completely apart and 3 loose screws sitting inside the unit. It had a weird rust color dust all over it. The other side is starting to work screws loose as well and shows signs of the rust color powder. Thought I could save myself some money using these cheaper parts but they didn't last even 2 full months. I'll be back to buying the more expensive OEM parts that I've used in the past as they last a couple years at least! Don't buy this kit unless you like replacing these parts frequently.

My HiBlow 60 is used as part of our Bio Tec domestic waste water treatment system. I noticed the pump had stopped and found the diaphragms had failed after 7 years. The replacement parts kit came very quickly. Fitting the new diaphragms and plates was straightforward and quickly done. All working well now.
