I was having a problem lining up the batteries on my EVO Peak balancing charger and they resolved my issue with an adapter.After balancing, I got 25 mins from one battery with zero capacity remaining and 23 from the other with 3% capacity remaining.

One Expensive paper weight
I received the batteries in February and flew approximately 15 minutes with the video on. I was ok with that. Went to charge the batteries for the second time and got the balance charge error on one of the batteries. Contacted seller and after multiple emails and pictures they said the battery was overdischarged. And that this caused something in the battery to break and that it was not their problem. I asked how do you over discharge a battery and I haven't got an answer. Basically you get what you pay for. Now I have one battery that works and another that is useless. I don't understand how both batteries were treated the same way but only one has the issue but it not be a defective item.
