This is an ab crusher!
This machine has been wonderful to me. It’s harder than you think!!!! Get to like 20 reps? And out of breath. But the more you use it you’ll get stronger core muscles!!! It keeps track of reps or calories burned. And has a reset button to start over for the next session. It’s very sturdy, not too heavy, and can fold up!!!!

Very sturdy and easy assembly
This is the second brand I bought and I definitely made the right decision. It’s made of very sturdy metal and the assembly directions were really easy to follow. It took me 15 mins to put together. I’m very happy with my purchase

Workout
Easy to assemble and stores easily. This does work your abs, sore after initial use. It is a workout, so some may have difficulty continuing use.

I love this and I'm picky about my training equipment!
(Female, 5'7", 155 lbs)I love this piece of equipment. I am a great skeptic of abdominal "machines" or whatever fancy name/description they give them. I FIRMLY believe that 70% of your abs are created in the kitchen and 30% in the gym. Long story semi-short: I had been in bodywork (PT, boxing, MMA, sports massage therapy, etc) for over two decades and in 2013 I became disabled in both of my feet (a total fluke and it's idiopathic) I had reconstructive surgery on my right foot & just my luck the surgery actually made it 1000 times worse 😑 SO now I have to figure out ways to adjust and adapt every single workout and how it impacts my feet esp the one that is worse now. This piece of equipment allows me to do that. I still perform regular abdominal exercises (stability ball, floor work, etc) but I need variety in my training sessions. This allows me to do crunches, (as though you were doing a standing high knee raise/kick which works your abs), but instead of my feet bearing all of my weight the machine does. I perform alternating knees for the lateral abdominal obliques then both together to achieve the reverse crunch affect.I also like the adjustable height. I have it low to start and will gradually increase the height for a more of a challenge.YOU HAVE TO ENGAGE YOUR CORE when using this or ANY other ab type assist product like the roll outs. I can't emphasize this enough! I guarantee no matter who you are if you let your back arch/dip it will hurt. Keep that core ENGAGED/TIGHT for the entire workout. That is the first thing you learn as a trainer which I used to be...your core attaches your top half to your bottom half and is the foundation for having a strong back..Strong consistent abdominal work will help strengthen your back. The knee and elbow pads are comfortable for me (yes the padding could be better but not a deal breaker for me and my knees have taken hits over the years from MMA but if your knee placement is correct it shouldn't be an issue). I also have a "click" in my hip so I place my knees closer together and then I don't feel the "click".I will say the directions lacked a bit but I've been assembling/building things since I was a teen so to me it was no biggie.I plan on reviewing my update on this product after I have used it for over a month or two and when 2nd surgery to repair the first is concluded (good times 😬)I'm hoping the padding can hold up to 5x a week use and hoping for no glitches down the road. As of this moment after a 2-3 weeks of use, I am thoroughly enjoying the change of routine and the ease of use for someone who ABSOLUTELY requires adaptive exercises due to a disability. If you're a beginner to exercise, this will feel awkward at first and it isn't meant to be an easy exercise that magically creates rock hard abs. It takes consistency, patience, proper form and a healthy eating regimen.

Love it!!
I'm 250lbs and 5'5 for reference. I absolutely hate traditional crunches.. but I'm a single mom and work remotely so I wanted to purchase something that would help me trim the belly. It was easy to assemble. It's sturdy and does not wobble when I get on it. You can store it away easily. I tried it one day and didn't hurt day of. The next day I felt the aches in areas of my abdomen. Belly is noticeable firmer, but not 100% obviously. I continue using it daily for few minutes at a time. But it's the best exercise machine I've purchased. I was worried because I usually buy exercise things and let them collect dust...but this one is different. Great value for the money I brought it on sale too.

This thing WORKS!
Wasn't expecting this to be much of a workout but OH MAN was I wrong! This thing is a great core workout and for the price it's a no brainer. A few simple modifications for the knee pads and grips and you are good to go until you can't anymore!

Wish I knew this
OK, so I bought this one over the bench type because supposedly it was better. I’ve had it for three days. now when I was looking at these, I thought they were gimmicks to be honest but they’re not, it really does work your stomach and I’m talking all areas. Here’s the bad thing about it though, it hurts your knees and your elbows. what I did to try to fix this was, I divided my crunches into normal crunches and then side crunches for each side, giving my knees a break. As for the elbows, I have tried to put pillows on the pads but it really doesn’t help that much. it doesn’t hurt my elbows if I can put my elbows directly on the pads, and I’m talking the tip of my elbow. the problem with that is that the handles for your hands are not long enough to comfortably hold if you have to put your elbows so far forward on the pads to prevent them from hurting. I wish the knee pads did not have a gap and I wish that the arm rests were solid. It would be a 5 star winner with those changes/upgrades.This machine does work though. It has worked my stomach enough that laughing hurts. if I just get my crunches done fast, I can handle the pain for my elbows and my knees. no pain no gain, right? to be honest I don’t want to be uncomfortable while I work out. It’s already uncomfortable working out and I don’t need the machines to make it even worse. I am contemplating on returning this one and finding one that hopefully won’t add to the discomfort of working out. I will give it a week to see if maybe I just need to break in my knees and elbows.
