Quality, durable, and well fitting
Very durable and comfortable socks fit like a glove and keep your feet warm. Also seems like they will last a long time no signs of ripping or tearing when putting them on. Highly recommend, and they seem to be worth the price.

No false marketing, darn tough is what they say they are.
What I expected from previous use of this brand. They keep your feet dry, comfy and wears like iron. Lifetime warranty is nice too. The highest quality sock I’ve ever owned. Army veteran here so I know my socks.

Absolutely the Best Hiking Socks
I'm not going to lie, when I bought these, I bought three for a thru hike and thought to myself, "Do I really need to be spending this much money PER sock???" The answer is a resounding yes, they are worth every penny. These socks are durable enough that I've noticed no wear and tear, and they've been with me through many backpacking and hiking trips (probably close to 200 miles at this point?). You can definitely wear these socks for multiple days in a row and not feel as if they are gross or smelly (thank you merino wool). These are lighter than other hiking socks, so they dry a lot faster than I'm used to compared to a higher wool percentage. You might find as a result that they aren't as thick or plush as you're used to in other hiking socks, but they are cushioned enough for my feet for sure. I actively advocate for these socks in my real life, so I'm bringing that to you guys too.

Darned Expensive, but worth the price of admission.
After a year, these seem like great socks. They are made of 54% nylon and 43% merino wool. I’ve worn them in some pretty demanding conditions; particularly hiking (in hiking boots, not running shoes) on steep trails, in rain, and in hot humid weather. They’re thin, and provide just the right amount of cushion and breathability in hot weather. For cooler weather I prefer the DT mid weights. Not much else to say. DT socks are pretty darned expensive, but they’re holding up better than my Lorpen socks have under similar conditions. I’ve found my new brand of socks.

Nearly perfect. Run small.
Run small. I'm a skinny dude with a 9 shoe. I bought the medium. Too tight. Bought the large. still a bit small. I like the weight. Almost perfect in that sense. I don't like heavy sox. But in my opinion, not worth the price. Even though I like to buy American and from a company not ravaged by private equity.

Darn best socks ever (no joke)
Darn Tough is the Darn best sock brand I’ve ever discovered. The price isn’t cheap, but they last forever (hiking long distances included). Fit / feel is superb and they look great.

Alles bestens.

Nice comfort, perfect thickness, sock moves with your foot (no roll in the sock). Going to work great for hiking. A little bit too snug at the very top of foot but I figure it will give a bit once I break them in.

Haven't used enough to rate durability

The Darn Tough Hiker Socks are an amazing product—I've never had a blister, and they're my go-to socks for both hiking and daily wear. They provide great comfort, support, warmth and durability. The only downside is that they are a bit expensive, but considering the quality and performance, they're definitely worth the investment!

elles sont trés confortables, trés robustes, sèchent rapidement. Il semble que le fabriquant ne prenne pas trop de risque en garantissant à vie ses chaussettes. Déjà un moment que je les utilise en rando et pas bougées.
