Q: What is the warranty on these? I bought them in sept 2015 and in Feb 2016 one of them started frItzing out, blinking erratically.

Bought mine in April 2016. Still running fine, no problem yet.

I used them in a 2012 Jetta GLI but the ones that worked better for me are the iJDMTOY (2) CANbus Error Free HID White 1156 Mirror Reflector LED Bulbs for 2011-2017 Volkswagen MK6 Jetta Daytime Running Lights

Q: Will these throw a canbus code?

I installed on my 2012 VW Jetta and it worked fine. No canbus code error.

Q: Would this work my 2014 VW Jetta SE

I installed it for my DLR lamp and it worked without issues on my 2012 VW Jetta SE.
