Strong White Bread Flour

We love the flour - was delivered with bag torn and flour spilling out.

This is a very good organic flour.

This flour made an excellent sourdough loaf with great texture and delicious flavour. The flour has a short shelf life, so you’ll want to use it quickly. And it’s a bit too expensive.

I want to love this but it is “enriched” with folic acid etc. Do not buy.

Been buying this brand for years, top quality and makes lovely fluffy loaves and rolls. Add a 3rd of a teaspoon of baking vitamin C, also by doves farm and you have lovely texture and flavour. You wont be disappointed if you try out a bag.

I love the product! What I don't like is the shipping cost. But still like the flour. It makes my bread, actually.
