The Trench [Blu-ray]

It’s a bit like Saving Private Ryan in a way, but in WWI. The camera follows the two main characters all of the time and the movie is excellently made. I would highly recommend watching this movie if you have an interest in WWI.

A very good film

Well acted but a weak story - probably won't watch again.

Such a great war film with fanastic cast. I would 100% rewatch film again at somepoint.

If you want a fast paced film with your hero dodging multiple attacks and hundreds of bullets – then this is not for you. This film shows the boredom, anger and terror of men barely older than today’s A level students being led by incompetents who are officers solely because of the public school they attended. Hundreds of miles from home in filthy trenches, seeing their comrades blown to smithereens – then sent over the top and walking with their bayonets towards German Machine Guns. Lions led by Donkeys.

This is a very good movie. It's a difficult movie due to the claustrophobic atmosphere of the ww1 trenches but it is very good.

Good historical movie although heart wrenching reality. Recd on time in perfect condition
